Great Location, lovely room. Elevators are small. It is an old building. Lots of space but no extra chairs and no dresser. no coffee maker, fridge on the floor. Beds were great, super comfy and clean. Huge shower. Must have a room key to use the elevators which is a huge plus for safety.
Good location. Uncomfortable furnishings. Horrible view of side of building and parking garage.
The lobby has a doomed vibe. Not welcoming at all. No dining in site. Ask for an extra blanket and they said I had to go to front desk to request one, after I did there was not one and they had to give me a sheet. The same person in the front desk was the one that had to go see if she could find the blanket. No coffee machine in the room. The door to the bathroom is transparent giving you no privacy. The view of the room was to the emergency staircase of a parking garage and an abandoned empty lot. Overall, a very bad experience. Do not recommend at all.
Lobby was terrible. Very uninviting
Staff was amazing and the location of the hotel can not be beat. Excellent value of looking to be walking distance to inner harbor!
Great place
Cons:Super thin walls. No towels. Valet parking is an expensive joke. No front desk staff. Coffee bar remained closed. Large spacious rooms Murphy bed for my kiddo was helpful nice city view.
Clean room and comfy bed. The walls were crazy thin though, we could here the couple next door vividly!
Nice
It was very comfortable
Because of COVID-19, a lot of anemities weren't available, but considering the circumstances, it was a nice place to stay. Front desk woman was so nice!
I love the room very nice and clean. However there was no refrigerator and the neighborhood is noisey at night at times.
It had a kind of homey/hostel cool kind of atmosphere in the lobby/restaurant area, but quiet comfortable rooms upstairs. Best of both worlds.
Requested towels upon arriving at 3 p.m., there was only 1 small towel and 1 large towel. Left to go get lunch and returned 3 hours later ..still no towels. I called the desk and was told they were on their way up....45 minutes later and still no towels. Keep in mind we had a reservation, I went down stairs no desk person at all. Spoke to a security guard and she said they would send them ASAP. They didn’t come. 2 grown adults used 1 towel. I also requested tooth paste upon arrival...never got it after multiple request. And my husband got locked out of the hotel while going to get something g to eat. Doors lock at a certain time and it’s not posted or explained anywhere . Horrible service!
Overalll good experience second stay. Parking is the only issue!!
