It is just cheap hotel. Bathroom shower room has full of water fungus and door handle was broken and had no fan , floor was dirty! I won’t never go back and I got yelled by bartender because I called her twice and actually I called her once to ask some questions but she said I’m not patient , it was end of day I was tired I’m sure she was too ! But you cannot yelled yet customer just ask questions!! It was bad I never go back

The young lady who checked me in was not welcoming. She had on regular street clothes as if she’s hanging out with friends, unprofessional! Too add, the restaurant/bar had someone there talking extremely loud and using profanity. Once we arrived to our first room and inspected it, there was a big yellow stain on the bed sheets. Therefore, I immediately went back to the front desk, the same young lady seemed annoyed and changed us to another room which smelled like cigarettes smoke. The elevator is really small and hallways are too narrow. I would not recommend this place for a family with small kids. Too much is going on and the environment is not welcoming or professional at all.

The rooms were modern, clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable.The hotel was in a great location. The downside, ice machine’s in the basement, plastic cups in the room.

The label in the bathroom about room service could have been put in a more noticable place. Label was put on the backsplash in the bathroom. The label stating if you want clean towels was a black label with white lettering blended in with the countertop. Did not notice it until the last night we were at the hotel, late at night. We stayed 2 nights. Went out for the day and came back. The bed was made and some of the towels were taken but not replaced with clean ones. The dirty towels that the maid took i would think that she would at least replace those towels. Considering there is wood flooring in the hotel you should make sure that the bathroom floor mat/towel would have been left on the floor to absorb water from after we showered. The maids took the mat but did not leave one. We were not given new shampoo or conditioner. When i worked at a hotel, for guests staying 2 or more nights. The maids went in emptied the trash cleaned the bathroom replaced all used towels and made the beds. Unless the guest only requested clean towels and no maid service. If you want to conserve water and energy than this should also reflect on my bill. If not I'm given clean towels or toiletries daily then there should be a discount. For the amount of money paid for the hotel room i should not have to chase a maid down to get more towels or toiletries. Also when we checked out the desk clerk did not ask how we liked our stay. Maybe there is a reason the person did not ask.

Love the unique rooms with large windows and huge comfortable bathrooms. Check in/out agent seemed like she didn’t know much of what was going on.

If you are a light sleeper, make sure to get a room on the top floor away from the disco that let’s out at 2 a.m.

The hotel is really cute, as pictured. The espresso machine was broken, so I had to go somewhere else for coffee even though it's supposed to be included in the room rate. The room was spacious and the linens were clean, but the room itself needed to be cleaned more thoroughly (hand prints on the bathroom door, hair and dust around the edges of the shower, dirty grout in the shower, a spill on the wall behind a chair, a sticky/damaged Baltimore guide book. They were unable to do an early check-in, but I was able to check my luggage at the front desk while I waited. If you haven't been to Baltimore, be careful in the area when you leave the hotel.

There was no mini fridge and the breakfast was pretty expensive for what it was.

The Hotel RL Baltimore is in a great, waking location to the inner harbor and surrounding bars/ restaurants. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very modern. Unfortunately, our first night at the hotel was not very relaxing. Even though we were on the top floor (10th floor), the street noise was very loud. In addition, the adjoining room next to us blasted music until 2am - so loud that I had to call security to quiet them down. I think that the walls/ windows are very thin. Most of the staff was pleasant (shout-out to the waitress at breakfast, valet, and bartenders at night). The woman that worked at the front desk during the day could learn a lesson in being pleasant from the other staff, but thankfully I didn’t have to interact with her very much. Overall, I enjoyed the vibe of the hotel (breakfast, bar, live music) and the price/location/comfort can’t be beat. I would consider coming back in the future.

Nice rooms, happening bar, close to inner harbor. Check out is early at 11am.

Stayed here for my JHH interview it was great, the staff was very friendly and the location is excellent!
