Penthouse in Towson Maryland

Property was beautiful. Two large bedrooms complete with giant screen TVs and plug in for phones. Condo was large and immaculately clean. Check in process went smoothly due to the owners quick responses to our issues. Would highly recommend this rental.

Great space and location- needs attention to housekeeping details

Great space, view and location. However there were some issues: The listing described bidets in both bathrooms- there were no bidets. The master bedroom window screens were missing. And there were some housekeeping details that need attention:1) Dying/neglected large plant in living room2)Linen closet door was off the rail3) Oven mits were filthy4) Shower curtain liner was hanging unattached and a hook was missing5) Kitchen shelf liners were not cut to fit properly and some shelves were not clean6) One of the kitchen pans was severely rusted and unusable7)There is no counter space in bathrooms- adding a small table for toiletries/medications would be a nice touch- there is plenty of room to do this.8) There is no drain tray for doing a few dishes at the kitchen sink. Other nice kitchen additions would include corkscrew, large salad bowl, and mixing bowl. Also, the toaster temp control doesn’t function properly (worn out).(NOTE: we are scheduled to return for a 4 week stay in the same unit this summer and are confident that these issues will be corrected. “The difference between something good and something great is attention to detail”)

Very spacious and great location

We were in town to visit family during the holidays and the location of the property was great. When we reached out with a question/issue Benjamin responded immediately. The apartment was spacious with several huge windows, so our view of the city lights at night was amazing. We found several casual local restaurants that were perfect for our needs.
