Our 1 night stay at this hotel went fine. Check in and out was easy and the breakfast the next morning was filling and adequate. Our room did smell funny though, quite fishy the next morning when we came back from breakfast, think it was the heating unit in the room. We would stay here again but hopefully in a fresher smelling room.

Room was dirty and the staff never once apologized. The swimming pool was dirty with foggy water. Never seen a pool that look like that. Hot tub had a layer of dirt on the bottom
Staff was very friendly....room overall was good ....property is well keeped ....minor detail pillows were in terrible condition went to walmart and bought my own
I got hit on at the breakfast bar and then some mentally ill dude was prancing around without a shirt. All in all, a memorable stay.

Everything was great and I will be returning. Staff should not have their kids running through the floors knocking on doors though.
The breakfast provided was good. The staff was not friendly at all. I booked this hotel because of the offering of an indoor pool . Was dissapointed upon arrival at 6 pm to be told it was closed. The front desk staff refused to give more than one card key. The room had crumbs on the floor when we arrived. I usually love Country Inn and Suites. But this stay left a bitter taste.
This was a good choice for a road trip stay. Room was clean. No sound issues. Breakfast spread was typical and no concerns.
I was immediately impressed with the Cleanliness and friendliness of the front desk staff. I slept very well.
Had to change my room, sheets were dirty once i arrived.
Towels dingy in color shower curtain had stains on it. What really push me to complain I unrolled a towel with a large area that was worn to the point you could see thru it. I have pics of towel and shower curtain.
I was very dissatisfied with my Stay. I was unable to utilize the pool/ Jacuzzi/ breakfast area due to being small and the hotel was overcrowded with large groups of guest. THE WORST PART was the paper thin walls of the room. The night before checkout there were children banging on the door and running through the hallway for hours the phone in the room did not work to contact front desk and when i went to lobby no-one was there. I was unable to get any rest before my 4 hr flight the next day. It gets even worse, when asked how was my stay by the agent at checkout I recounted my terrible experience and she said the manger would be notified. After i did not receive a call from the manager, I made a complaint through orbitz and received a response that the manager states there was not noise complaint and the final decision is nothing was being done. After calling the hotel re the false information, the agent that answered stated that there was a note on my checkout information that I made a noise complaint. Each time I call the hotel the manager is not available to resolve my issue. This was my worst experience at a hotel to date.
