Great location. A quarter mile or 5 minute walk to the Johns Hopkins campus. All the rooms have a kitchen. Good food next door. A 7/11 across the street. I only gave 3 stars because our hotel room reeked of cigarettes. Unfortunately in Baltimore this seems to be a trend. I've stayed in 3 dif hotels in Baltimore in "non smoking" rooms.... they all smelled like cigs or weed.
The best place to stay if you are a patient at John Hopkins
There’s no room service:( That’s totally disappointing. This hotel should consider it.
Staff hospitality is unrivaled! We were there to visit John Hopkins Cancer Inst. and the staff were so warm, friendly and helpful.
The room was not stocked. There were no tissues, almost empty toilet paper, no sheets for the pull out couch, and no pillow cases on any of the pillows. The cabinet door in the bathroom was broken and the couch cushions and padding on the couch bed were stained.
The hotel was very nice, room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed at was the electric car charging station, advertised on their website, was out of order, and I was told it’s been broken for 8 months.
The service was wonderful. The entire facility was clean. The food was excellent. My opportunity for this hotel would be to make the valet parking free for residents.
Everything nothing bad i can say about it i would recommend any of my friends an family to stay here
Extremely poor staff service in most instances. Friendly staff however. CYNTHIA IN THE DINING AREA FOR BREAKFAST MADE US FEEL AT HOME AND TOOK CARE OF OUR NEEDS. MANAGER OF HOTEL ALSO INTERVENED AND ARRANGED EXCELLENT TRANSFPORTATION.
The hotel room was nice, and had a functional kitchen with a small stove plate, refrigerator, sink, dishes, and everything. The bathroom was large and had an ample standing shower only (no bathtub for those who prefer those). It was roomy and a great place to stay near the Johns Hopkins campus where I had my surgery. My only complaint was that I couldn't stay there longer. It would have been a wonderful room to stay if I needed to be there for a longer outpatient recovery.

I had a really pleasant time at the hotel. The room was very spacious. Staff was friendly, would definately return whenever I am in Maryland!
When asking the staff members questions they seem irritated or not interested
My family and me were there for the weekend and Saturday it started snowing/sleeting. The weather knocked out the cable and it didn't come back on until we were about to check out on Sunday. The Hotel and room was perfect. The cable was the only downfall, especially with the weather being bad, it would've been nice to watch some movies or tv.
