Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel

Good staff and great location. Access to everything.

Rooms were fine. It was hard to get any information from the staff about the neighborhood, places to go, whether there was a bar and restaurant, etc. Worst of all, the pool was closed the whole time and when I asked the staff -- three times! -- they told me it was open even though I could not go in. They finally told me it was being cleaned even though they also showed me a schedule saying that it was meant to be open. I was with little kids, and for them that was the whole point of the trip.

Good place to stay. Adjacent to a huge mall. Decent parking. In hotel restaurant. A bit pricy.

The overall stay was awesome and I look forward to going back at some point.

I like the location of this hotel and how roomy and nice the rooms are. Fluffy pillows big flat screen TV. Not over chlorinated swimming pool. Great buffet style breakfast and close distance to other restaurants near by. Parking is paid.

Good place to stay. Expensive parking. Lack of convenient elect outlets makes it very awkward for more than one night.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, not a bad place to stay for business traveling....

I was very happy with our room. I was just disappointed that there was no longer a hot tub and the pool needed some cleaning. I look forward to using those amenities when I am staying at a hotel. I chose this one due to the pool and hot tub that I thought were at this facility.

I enjoyed the ease of the location. I was doing a business trip at Towson University. Very close location. Enjoyed the easy access to the mall and food to help relax during a brief break.

Very close to shopping mall. Breakfast is excellent

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, and I was not disappointed. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are really nice. The beds and pillows are super-comfortable, towels plush, and the indoor pool very nice. This place is a very nice Sheraton. The fact that there is a skyway to the mall is a nice addition, gives the visitor something to do in the evening if they don't feel like driving around.

The room was quiet, reasonable appointed, and clean. The parking fee of $9/night was both a surprise and a rip-off.

Great location but there was a wedding at the hotel the night we stayed and many drunk people roaming around. They were lingering outside in courtyard, in the lobby and in the hallways. I suggest they need more security and monitoring if the hotel is to host such an event.

It was fine it was clean and friendly we slept and left in the morning

In town for a birthday party and the location was great. Very comfortable room and helpful staff.

Well let me begin by saying I rushed there to see a show and they don't even have the channel which is OWN

We were staying at a hotel down the street that smelled like smoke. I switched to the Sheraton. Great choice.

The room was a little small, but very clean. Plenty of towels. The gym had enough weights for a decent workout, and the pool was a nice size. Over all, the stay was comfortable, clean, and enjoyable.

Clean, friendly environment. Pool was great and everything was classy

Overall my family and I enjoyed our short stay. I however was not pleased with being charge $19.00 to park my car in their garage for less than 24 hours
