I did not like how the parking is handled. You have to park, check in to get a parking pass and THEN return to your car to put the pass in. It was night time and the parking garage is about a 3 minute walk.

Although the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, the area itself was terrible. The lack of parking wasn’t disclosed nor was the cost to park in a garage off site. While we appreciated the pet-friendly policy, there’s no where close by to take them to relieve themselves. We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the hospital that I was due to have surgery the following day. Upon arrival, we could not find a place to park. As we circled the building, I called the front desk and was informed then, that there wasn’t onsite parking. That we would have to park in a garage 2 blocks away. I’m disabled and cannot walk very far, particularly with luggage. We were advised that we could double park to check in, my husband could help us (my dog & I) to our room and then he could park at the garage. When we checked in, we were informed that parking cost $20 for 3 days. We continued to have issues with the parking due to having to come & go for surgery. The logistics was horrible. There’s an apartment bldg on the other side of the street where people are moving in. Everyone is double parked, it’s congested and difficult to maneuver. We definitely would not have stayed had this been disclosed beforehand. When we arrived home, we discovered that someone rubbed our bumper in the parking garage. I called the hotel and were told we have to contact the garage owner. I received our final invoice where we were charged $20 everyday for parking (3 days). So I have that & car damag

Power loss the night before I had a huge licensing exam. I could not charge my phone, which I use as an alarm clock. I did not end up sleeping until about midnight just to ensure I have an alarm clock set so I really did not have a restful sleep!

Very convenient location. Was here to move my son into the student apartments across the street so this location was very convenient. Whole Foods is next door and there are food options within walking distance. Felt dafe walking around.

Overall it was good

The stay was good I had a good experience except for when I was checking out on 8/18 at 10am and I tried to explain to the manager some charges I didn’t understand because of how confusing the receipt was. She was very dismissive and not very understanding. Was quick to interrupt and only really cared about getting her point across. The employees at the desk were always friendly, helpful and just overall pleasant. The pool is kind of cloudy which you can tell it’s not being properly taken care of I’m sure the levels are off. It’s indoor and not very big. The parking is 20 a day if you choose the parking lot which is about 2-3 min walk away from the hotel, but there is off street parking as well if you can catch it. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The area is nice quiet and near a college campus. The employees do a really good job in cleaning, and the morning breakfast is pretty good. I’m thankful to all the employees that make the hotel run efficiently and smoothly. I definitely would recommend and come again, let’s just work on management.
