Hotel was easy to find, lobby has a nice entrance. Check-in was easy (although my Hilton Honors wasn’t working). Zoey was kind enough to check in to make sure I had everything I needed. My only negative was a host named James who never had a smile on his face or greeted anyone.

I stayed at this property for 4 nights, and during my entire stay, no housekeeping service was provided at all. Towels and bath mats were never replaced, and disposable cups and coffee supplies were never replenished, as housekeeping never entered the room. On Day 3 at around 9:30 AM, I went to the front desk to request housekeeping, only to find the front desk unattended. I had to ask a breakfast staff member to leave a message for me. When I returned at 6:00 PM, the front desk told me “I have no idea of your room’s cleanness, and the cleaning guys had done their job today.” This was not true—the room was untouched and had developed an unpleasant odor from uncollected food waste. A multi-day stay with zero housekeeping service and inaccurate front desk communication is unacceptable for a Hilton-branded property.
