Ease of access onto highway

Very friendly staff with great value!

Staff was pleasing and everything was good except that breakfast was not served as cook took an off.

Convenient for my needs. Great comfy beds. Instant hot wayer in the shower.

All of the staff was friendly and quick to respond with any need; However, since there were no rooms available with 2 queen beds, I booked a room with king size bed and chose the more expensive option to also have a sofa bed so that the 3 of us did not have to squeeze into one bed. However, when we pulled out the sofa bed, the mattress pad was severely stained with what was clearly a fairly new urine stain. So we had to all share a bed anyway! There was also a dirty pair of socks left in the closet floor. And the shower door did not close properly so the first shower resulted in a flooded bathroom.

Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Good location, 15-20 minutes to downtown easily accessible through highway

Excellent service, clean, comfy mattress! We had to switch hotels at the last minute and I am so glad we chose Hilton Garden. The breakfast was excellent and great service with a smile. Nice to see people love there job. Must be great management.

No further comments. The entrance to the hotel is somewhat difficult to see as you approach on the hotel on the feeder. Other than that, everything else is excellent.

Everyone was very friendly. Our room was very comfortable

My stay at the Hilton Garden in Austin was absolutely wonderful and totally exceeded my expectations! Everything from check in with a lovely & friendly front desk employee to having a spacious/clean/overly abundant room with great amenities (refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker, tv, good hot water pressure, and a comfortable bed) to the easy access to the freeway that allowed me to visit places like the Domain and Research Blvd with minimal time. I came to Austin to take my state registry exam for my medical profession and I wanted to come a few days early to settle in and get my game face on. My hotel room was quiet and everything I needed was so accessible. There was even a nice walking trail behind the hotel which I used to help clear my mind and release some stress. There is also a bunch of restaurants and an HEB which came in handy for things like water and snacks I needed....and definitely alcohol after I passed my test! I would definitely recommend this exact hotel to a friend and I, myself, cannot wait to return and book this hotel.

The hotel was overall nice. Most of the staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable and you could adjust the softness or firmness of the mattress on both sides.

Extremely happy with the accommodations. Spotless and updated.

great staff, room clean, very nice with a comfortable bed

I stayed here for 9 nights, and everything was great! The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Carmen R. went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and awesome! The only thing I could not figure out, was how to stay connected to the Internet. It would give you a 24 hour time period connected, but wouldn't let you renew your time before it was up. Then it would kick you off and make you sign back in. Not necessarily a big deal, except for the times when you would be doing online business, and get kicked in the middle of it. I will absolutely stay here next time I need a hotel in North Austin!

I stayed here in the summer on business. The room was comfortable and clean, but there are plenty of hotels in the area that are much cheaper and come with the same amenities. Staff was helpful and friendly. Everything else is great, the just charge too much!

We live in Temple and wanted to stay north of downtown Austin, location worked perfectly. We wanted to just visit Austin for one night, a little get-away. Since it was only the one night, couldn't tell you much about amenities.. We checked in, went out for the night, came back to sleep, showered in the morning and headed out. We would've had breakfast in their little restaurant area, but it was about $9. We figured if we were going to spend that on breakfast, we'd go downtown and eat at a cute little place on Congress. In a nutshell, I can say we slept well.
