I was told room wasn’t available and didn’t know a time on when it would be available. They had 2 reservations with my last name and the lady didn’t even bother to get my first name. I asked for manager and my room was actually available.

Ok

I have stay at a few Emassy Suites, but this one needs to be renovated soon. I stayed in room 616 and the room is very dated. The property is nice but the rooms are out dated. In the bathroom, it had two shower heads and only one handle worked. The other handle was missing and the area was getting mold around it. The shower curtains had stains on it and went you flush the toilet it sound like a jet engine. The bed had water bugs or roaches not sure. The curtains on the windows were ripped and you can tell they have been for a while. The pool was very cloudy. This property needs help, but the staff were understanding when I addressed the issues with my room. I will stay at Embassy Suites again just not this one.

The arboretum was a nice view to see. The hotel was clean & check in was quick & easy. Breakfast had a good variety of hot foods. The cooks & staff were very friendly.

Everything has been excellent!

A/C seemed broken, room was very hot. Bathtub had trash from previous guest in it. No bar or room service available. Rom was very dated, needs a remodel. Breakfast was good.

Room had very limited kitchen items. Microwave was inside lower cupboard.

Very nice lobby, restaurant, bar area. But everything is closed, I’m assuming due to lower demand during pandemic. Breakfast included only a box lunch of prepackaged hard boiled eggs, two day old bagel, cream cheese, yogurt, and I’m not sure if it’s a green orange. The suites are a nice layout. The TVs didn’t work well but the staff were kind and helpful and were able to fix them.

Friendly staff. The Happy hour was super fun. Breakfast couldn't be better, the cook to order (was so good), fresh fruit, fresh oatmeal, good pastry, etc

The location of this property is close to everything

The pool looked dirty. The room didn’t smell clean. There was a smell that I didn’t care for. The staff was wonderful and friendly! Loved the reception and the location of the hotel!

The swans in the lobby was very unique and very relaxing. I love staying at Embassy Suites and this was the best one ever.

Clean, friendly staff and easy check-in. Great property!

The description of the room that I chose is confusing, I was suppose to reserve a 2 rooms with 2 beds each suite, but it happens that they call a 2 bedroom suite to a big room that has a living room with a sofa bed + a room with 2 beds. When I complained, the manager was very kind and fix a second room for my family so we stayed all comfy, they also offered me some extra points on my Honors account for the burden. First time this happened to me, but even with that little inconvenient, we had a great time. Has now become Top of my choices for quick stays for family road trips.

Very nice hotel near several shopping and other attractions. Tv in one room did not work but was repaired quickly.
