Friendly staff. The Happy hour was super fun. Breakfast couldn't be better, the cook to order (was so good), fresh fruit, fresh oatmeal, good pastry, etc

The location of this property is close to everything

The pool looked dirty. The room didn’t smell clean. There was a smell that I didn’t care for. The staff was wonderful and friendly! Loved the reception and the location of the hotel!

The swans in the lobby was very unique and very relaxing. I love staying at Embassy Suites and this was the best one ever.

Clean, friendly staff and easy check-in. Great property!

The description of the room that I chose is confusing, I was suppose to reserve a 2 rooms with 2 beds each suite, but it happens that they call a 2 bedroom suite to a big room that has a living room with a sofa bed + a room with 2 beds. When I complained, the manager was very kind and fix a second room for my family so we stayed all comfy, they also offered me some extra points on my Honors account for the burden. First time this happened to me, but even with that little inconvenient, we had a great time. Has now become Top of my choices for quick stays for family road trips.

Very nice hotel near several shopping and other attractions. Tv in one room did not work but was repaired quickly.

The staff was great, food was great, rooms were clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would like to see is a vent in my bathroom. There's none and is not pleasant when you sharing with your family.

Overall the stay was nice. The breakfast was awesome. The guy who makes omelettes has got skills, they were really good omeletts. The King bedroom room that we stayed was extremely small. The guest room was nice, but I would rather have a bigger bedroom.

First time at this Embassy Suite Hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Spacious room and great breakfast and cocktail hour. Construction outside made entry / exit inconvenient. Not too sure if I like the live swans inside the hotel. Neat ideal but could be a little unsanitary.

I enjoy staying at any Embassy Suites and this was much the same except for my room. It had a noticeable musty or moldy smell, like the carpet had been wet at some time in the recent past and not properly dried. The wireless internet was very weak in my room. Everything else up to par, good snacks at happy hour, good food from the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The manager was very friendly.

This is a great place to stay if you've got a [rental] car. It's about 20ish minutes to the airport and 20ish minutes to downtown. Teddy at the front desk was very helpful and just all around wonderful. The complimentary brunch and happy hour were awesome! The free internet is slow.. but you can upgrade if needed.

The hotel I got was not what was requested. Asked for two doubles and got one king. Had to sleep on a rollaway for 2 days and nothing staff could do because they were booked. Did offer solutions and refunded money but not once did anyone apologize for the issue. Made it sound like it was not a big deal and that a apology was not warranted. Surprised that after I spoke with general manager she was the same way, just said I know about your situation and a request for refund will be made, no apology whatsoever

This was our second stay at this great hotel. Everything was perfect as it was the first time. We especially liked the Saturday Happy Hour and great breakfasts. Location works for us and is accessible to many good restaurants and bars. We will be back soon for sure. Really liked the staff who noted we were looking at Austin brochure and asked us if we needed any help with dinner recommendations.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel. Both times it has been woderful. Very nice, very clean and great staff. They really go out of the way to take care of guests. I have travelled for bussiness the past 15 years and this hotel ranks in the top 3 for me. There is no other place in Austin i would rather stay.

The positives: This hotel is located in the artboretum area which is centrally located, near shops and restaurants with easy access to the frewways. The hotel was clean. Breakfast is included. The negatives- Hot tub was broken, Gym was small. Breakfast buffet ran out of some food items by 9am , breakfast is served 7-10:30.
