This stylish and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers 1,265 square feet of comfort, ideal for up to six guests. The home creates a welcoming atmosphere, featuring a cozy living area with a large smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorites. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, and the adjacent dining area leads out to a private deck—your own outdoor oasis complete with comfortable seating outside.

The main floor hosts a serene king bedroom, providing a peaceful escape after a day of exploring the city. Upstairs, you’ll find another king bedroom and a twin bunk bed, making it a great setup for families or groups. All beds are fitted with luxurious custom linens, ensuring everyone sleeps in comfort. The two full bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in convenient dispensers. In-unit laundry adds to the ease of your stay.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.

5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night

Beautiful location, nice home for our family while visiting Austin for the first time. Close to stores, coffee, access to all parts of Austin. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Kids loved seeing lots of different wildlife as well.

Wonderful host Peaceful Retreat

This home is set in a beautiful neighborhood with mature trees and green space in the back. It felt very much like a retreat, as I watched many deer pass by the windows, however only a short drive from downtown. Host was responsive and supportive throughout. Check in was simple and straight forward. The home was spacious and tastefully decorated.
