I cancelled days before and they still charge me

No staff present for check out. The iron did not work in my room

No breakfast (not acceptable for the rate)

Convenient location, easy check in. But the room cleanliness was questionable. We found a used condom in the corner of the closet. For their benefit they let us switch rooms.

Nothing unique about property. Access and departing was limited to one way in and one way out.

Tired and dirty, lots of litter. Very poor building maintenance.

We didn't like the traffic noise from the highway system running close to hotel.

Breakfast was excellent and staff was very pleasant.

The breaksfast was good, the thing we were not happy with was the cleanliness of the room. I dont believe they changed the sheets from the last guest. I am not exaggerating when i say we pulled out at least 10 peices of long hair from the sheets. Since we didn't notice that until we were already ready for bed with our 2 year old asleep as well we didnt ask for another room but just a clean sheet to lay on top of the other one. Rooms were nice but just need to be cleaned better.

The reasons I didn’t give 5 stars were: 1. There was hair in my shower. It definitely needed to be cleaned again. 2. Nowhere for my dog to use the restroom. The creek by the hotel isn’t grassy and is dirty, and the small patch of grass in the parking lot isn’t even close to being large enough for the size of the hotel.

Pros: It was a nicen hotel with comfortable rooms and super easy acces to the highway. Breakfast was good with omelettes, waffles and cereals. Cons: During check in the staff person did the whole thing while talking on her cell making Christmas plans. We needed help since our cars stopped working and i hadnto wait in the lobby for several minutes before anyone showed up, the same for check out.

Little close to the freeways, but overall clean and nice. Great service

I am sorry, you missed out on our grab -n- go breakfast we have this at the front desk from 6-9am; we are currently not providing full breakfast.
