Bathroom Cabinet drawers broken, walls in bathroom and toilet area dirty, Laundry Window frame broken, liquid Soap empty, Kitchen lacking dish brush, poor selection of utensils, needs sharp knives, tongs, no lounge suite where television is located.

Where do we start! The host was extremely unhelpful, if you check your records you will see he offered to arrive in 20-30mins, and this was only after you contacted him, but guess what he never came, he would never reply to me directly I always had to go through you, to get an answer, eventually the problem was rectified, but no apology was forth coming. The property was described as Stunning, but in reality it should be described as shabby, stained bath, bathroom vanity unit falling apart, only a massage chair not a sofa to sit on, only 3 mugs and 3 glasses, no sharp knives, no chopping board etc., all in all very poor quality.
