We were there on the weekend of a big rugby match. The fans from Tonga partied in the street outside the property for 3 nights in a row until 4 am each night. They blared music on loud speakers and honked their horns and shouted and sang at the tops of their voices. It was very difficult to sleep even tho I had noise-canceling headphones.
Nice medium sized apartments well located downtown Auckland. Washer/Dryer in each room. Separated spaces for living-room and bedroom. The only issue is that being very much downtown Auckland, with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby, the area get very noisy, especially during week ends, till late at night. Earplugs provided. High floor apartments shroud be preferred
This hotel apartment is within walking distance from all major public transportation (Bus, Ferry and Train). The staff is not only professional, they are very welcoming and friendly. No matter where within walking distance to the local city I wanted to go they would provided me with a small map and directions. They are very accommodating to your needs. All one has to do is pay them a visit in the main lobby and they are more than happy to assist. Their apartment hotel came completely furnished with dinner ware, stainless steel utensil, glasses for both everyday beverage as well as for adult beverages, comfortable refrigerator, stove top, microwave, toaster and they provide a washer and drier right in your apartment as well. They also provide full housekeeping accommodations just like in a hotel. I almost forgot that I was staying in a hotel apartment, it was very comfortable and welcoming.
