Room was clean. Staff was great. Location was amazing. Food and restaurants were so close. The hotel’s restaurant was closed but many other options literally minutes away. The pool was perfect to wind down at the end of the day. Towels need to be stocked at pool. Otherwise a wonderful stay and great value for the location. We will come back.

Unfortunately the room I stayed in had temperature issues and was very cold. Also the unit for temperature was making a lot of noise, I had to complain to be moved. Though thankful to be able to move to a warmer room. Also, then I checked in - I was given my key but not told where the gym or pool where and asked if I wanted any sightseeing information, it was only given when I asked about trips/tour. It’s my first time in Auckland so was a bit disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rendezvous. Great central location, lovely staff, rooftop pool and surrounds were as shown in photos and room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The only negative was the very loud plumbing / pipe sounds one morning otherwise though it was excellent.
