Upon arrival, we didn’t have our code to enter the door due to not completing an additional form. The original link in the VRBO app did not work, so the host sent to send it again. Once entering the condo, I instantly noticed the images did not align with what was advertised. The listing states recently renovated, however it didn’t seem that way, with the exception of the kitchen. We turned on the fan in the master bedroom and dust went everywhere. Hair found on two out of three toilet seats, measuring cups in drawer singling “ready to use” were dirty, along with pan for cooking. The ice trays in freezer were filled with dirty water, ice was unusable. Lastly, the liquid dish soap was in a plastic water bottle with no cap. We have a year old son and this was a general safety issue for us. We are VRBO, as well, so we know what it takes to maintain a place for guests and ultimately we were not impressed with this stay.

I realized that I had not receive any check info which was around 8pm, I had to ask for info and was sent info only after I completed a check in form which I am not used to. The grass was high and needed cutting which made the outside look unkempt, the pictures make the home look like something its not. There were holes in the wall downstairs , description says it was newly renovated but didnt look as if. We did see some bugs in kitchen ,there was hair in the bath tub, ceiling fan hadnt been dusted.Didnt have extra towels. Overall the stay was okay for a quick weekend trip but just is not as nice as it seems in description and pictures. The host was fast with responding though.

It was nice location to everywhere we need to travel. Just had issues with the second bedroom and the kitchen windows was not secured when we arrived.
