Huge room, very comfortable, awesome to have two king beds, immaculate, excellent location!

When we arrived, we waited outside for the valet for over 10 minutes. After waiting, I went inside to check-in and inquire about the valet. Your valet finally showed up from a room around the corner from the front desk. I did not get offered anyone to carry our luggage, but we were so tired, that we did not care and brought the suitcases ourselves. When we entered our room, we realized first that there is no sofa bed even though we reserved for 3 guests, and your website advertises sleeping arrangements for 3 guests. I was told then that a rolling bed could be brought in for another $25 per night. We sat down to drink some water, and realized the bar was locked. We called downstairs and were placed on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called again and was immediately placed on hold again without even asking. I hung up and called again, and this time got the valet. When I asked how I open the refrigerator bar, he stated “you did not get the key.” I would have gotten the key had someone offered it. That is why you have my credit card information. There was no water on the suite and only one in the fridge. The roll-away bed was for children and had seen better days. I had to call corporate to get a resolution. I will never stay in this Meridien again! Embassy Suites is much better.

Beautiful and in Perfect location! Close to major highways, shopping, & restaurants.

Best bed ever!! Had a blast downstairs after dinner across the way.

Le Meridien Atlanta Perimeter is a very nice hotel. It's pricey but nice. Ceiling to floor windows, clean room, comfy bed and the Club level floor offers free snacks. The only cons I had were there aren't any microwaves nor fridges in the room.

great hotel and staff not many people staying over the hollidays, will go back again

It was great and everyone was friendly. The bartender was fab

I have never been to a hotel with such great value-- the hotel was renovated and completely redone less than a year ago. The decor is very modern/chique-- done with great taste; Danish modern furniture and excellent level of detail both in the lobby and rooms. The lobby is much much bigger than some of the other Meridien Hotels I have stayed at recently (Philly etc). We got a club suite with two king sized beds, a separate living room that was huge-- all for a great value. The decor and furniture were outstanding. Beautiful views to the river and trees. You can't get that in any other city I know for under $200! The lobby was very quiet and large-- you get this sense of relaxation and calm. The club room, where we had access (it's worth the extra cost-- you get access to a free minibar 247)), to a free breakfast and business center was a very good size, style, and had good service. The only complaint would be that some people brought their kids one morning and it was very noisy-- they treated the business lounge like a playground and the staff didn't say anything. But the rest of the time it was very very pleasant and not crowded at all. It was a very spacious, relaxing, modern, new, and enjoyable stay! 5 stars!

Great staff, and good location. Very big room with big window.

Booked for a nice little staycation. I was interested to see it since I hadn't been there since it was a W. The remodel is very nice. Lobby is sleek and modern, but very comfortable. Plenty of places to sit and an interesting design. The room was also nice! Very comfortable bed and usual amenities (shampoo/conditioner/lotion/robe/iron/blow dryer/etc). Two things I didn't particularly care for. First, I get it, the brand of this hotel is very European but the in-room espresso machine is kind of crazy annoying. I like the pods and everything (we've all heard horror stories of the in room, old school coffee pots) but is it too much to ask for an easy to use keurig? My BF and I are both attorneys and it was a team effort to get that thing going! Ha! Maybe a free regular coffee bar in the lobby would be great. Second, we had drinks and a shared appetizer in the lobby watching the FSU/ND game. It was a lively atmosphere as a wedding or two had finished (not at the hotel) and guests were pouring in. It was excellent people watching and they were all generally well behaved, if hilariously drunk and loud. Anyway, the poor girl behind the bar had a FULL LOAD of people she was trying to serve. The entire bar was packed with people and there were a few tables and seats occupied in the lounge part as well. Her manager or supervisor FINALLY came to help the poor girl and looked like she didn't want to get her hands dirty and had a complete look of disdain on her face for, I'm assuming, having to do manual labor. It was pretty annoying just watching the poor girl run around and service 10 people in the time the supervisor took to tend to 2. Bad form. We left that girl an extra big tip and hope she didn't have to share. All in all, it was a great visit. Oh, the shower pressure in the bathroom was MAGICAL! A satisfying, last minute stay if I do say so myself.

Director of catering embarrassed me during an interview.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay over the Labor Day holiday. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was extremely spacious. We will definitely stay here again!

Restaraunts and the mall were right across the street. It was very convenient.

Great location . Near the Permemter Mall. Large room with a wet bar. Will return again.

Busy location near Perimetev Mall. Parking is premium. I was told to move my vehicle while checking in.

This hotel was just perfect. I needed to be close to everything, the mall, great restaurants, close to my event. The check in was easy. No hassle. The staff was courteous and the room was clean, spacious, elegant. I would definitely stay again.
