I left my iphone phone charger and my apply watch charger in the room right next to each other. I called the hotel the same day I checked out, to go pick it up, and they didn't have the apple watch charger, but had the phone charger. Clearly the cleaning staff took the apple watch charger! Not happy! Lock everything up if you stay here!

We always stay here when we come to Atlanta on family trips! Trust me, if there is any problem, the staff takes care of you! We were immediately greeted and checked in to our room by the most wonderful front office and bell staff. The bellman helped us into our suite- which smelled terrible! Our bellman called front office and transferred us to another suite which had missing plumbing. The bellman notified engineering to come and fix the rooms. The front office and bellman had us in another suite super fast! The rooms are quite nice and clean and quiet. I love it here, and was so pleased with how fast they handled the room changes. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was very clean, and spacious rooms. Hotel restaurant was good as well

The hotel is across the street from the Atlanta Perimeter Mall. It is about a 35 minute ride from the airport, without traffic, about 90 minutes with Atlanta traffic. There is NO parking for the hotel that is free. You must pay $14 per day for parking. This is ridiculous. I have never been to a hotel that only had paid lots. I could understand paying for valet parking. Perhaps they do this so Mall patrons don't park there, but you still need your room key to exit, so why charge your guests?

I had a very pleasant stay. I was only at Le Meridien for one night, and did not utilize any amenities. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. My room looked refurbished recently, so it looks nice and nothing seems worn out. The bed was comfortable and I slept easily. I would definitely stay here again.

The suits don’t have microwave or mini fridge there’s no mini store in there. All the drinks you have to get it at the bar and there 4 dollars plus. The staff was amazingly nice and the restaurant sucks but again the staff was good. But thank god theres a mall cross the street.

Every thing wS just as pictured room was super big Suite is nice for small intimate gathering .

Don't even know where to start to describe this terrible place. First, there are thin walls! I have heard loud music in my room until 4:00 am this is when I finally fell asleep. I called the front desk and security several times, but despite their efforts to help, the music continued all night! Second, the room service does not work at all. My phone calls to order food was not answered at all. Third, the restaurant staff is absent. We went there to have a dinner, but there were no personnel to get a table at all, although one couple was in the restaurant. We went to the bar, and then waited for a bartender for about 10 minutes. This was happening like 8-9 pm. Fourth, the front desk messed up with the invoice. Not once, not twice, but three times! They included several services we never used, then over billed us, then could not correct our names on the bill, etc. Finally, there are no safes in the rooms, which was inconvenient. Do not recommend staying there. Don't get fooled by nice pictures on the website.

Had a very nice time they should call their property a resort all inclusive because basically it was that and more

Huge room, very comfortable, awesome to have two king beds, immaculate, excellent location!

When we arrived, we waited outside for the valet for over 10 minutes. After waiting, I went inside to check-in and inquire about the valet. Your valet finally showed up from a room around the corner from the front desk. I did not get offered anyone to carry our luggage, but we were so tired, that we did not care and brought the suitcases ourselves. When we entered our room, we realized first that there is no sofa bed even though we reserved for 3 guests, and your website advertises sleeping arrangements for 3 guests. I was told then that a rolling bed could be brought in for another $25 per night. We sat down to drink some water, and realized the bar was locked. We called downstairs and were placed on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called again and was immediately placed on hold again without even asking. I hung up and called again, and this time got the valet. When I asked how I open the refrigerator bar, he stated “you did not get the key.” I would have gotten the key had someone offered it. That is why you have my credit card information. There was no water on the suite and only one in the fridge. The roll-away bed was for children and had seen better days. I had to call corporate to get a resolution. I will never stay in this Meridien again! Embassy Suites is much better.

Beautiful and in Perfect location! Close to major highways, shopping, & restaurants.

Best bed ever!! Had a blast downstairs after dinner across the way.

Le Meridien Atlanta Perimeter is a very nice hotel. It's pricey but nice. Ceiling to floor windows, clean room, comfy bed and the Club level floor offers free snacks. The only cons I had were there aren't any microwaves nor fridges in the room.

great hotel and staff not many people staying over the hollidays, will go back again

It was great and everyone was friendly. The bartender was fab

I have never been to a hotel with such great value-- the hotel was renovated and completely redone less than a year ago. The decor is very modern/chique-- done with great taste; Danish modern furniture and excellent level of detail both in the lobby and rooms. The lobby is much much bigger than some of the other Meridien Hotels I have stayed at recently (Philly etc). We got a club suite with two king sized beds, a separate living room that was huge-- all for a great value. The decor and furniture were outstanding. Beautiful views to the river and trees. You can't get that in any other city I know for under $200! The lobby was very quiet and large-- you get this sense of relaxation and calm. The club room, where we had access (it's worth the extra cost-- you get access to a free minibar 247)), to a free breakfast and business center was a very good size, style, and had good service. The only complaint would be that some people brought their kids one morning and it was very noisy-- they treated the business lounge like a playground and the staff didn't say anything. But the rest of the time it was very very pleasant and not crowded at all. It was a very spacious, relaxing, modern, new, and enjoyable stay! 5 stars!

Great staff, and good location. Very big room with big window.

I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations Sam. We don't have microwaves or refrigerators in the room as other guests often do not wish to have the smell of cooking in the hallways. I am happy to hear that you were impressed with our staff - service culture is extremely important to us Safe Travels
