My family and I stayed here with three separate rooms and we all enjoyed it. The staff was spectacular! Specifically, Taj, Marian, Diany, and the entire valet team. My dad uses a walker and the valet always made sure to carry his bags up to his room. My only thing was the floors in our suite could have been cleaner. But once I told management they quickly took care of it. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

we booked a room with a pull out sofa. when we set up the sofa bed for our son, there were no blankets. we asked reception for a blanket, and we were told they did not have any. they would only offer us an extra sheet. I asked if they were kidding - how it that possible? It was cold, and our child needed more than 2 sheets to sleep. The receptionist was unapologetic. Very confused how this could happen. Miraculously, and even more infuriatingly, the cleaning crew arrived, and we told them we were hoping for a blanket. A wonderful woman then found one for us. How is it possible the front desk is so uniformed, and a cleaning lady can solve a problem the front desk staff cannot. As a result we did not stay for the brunch, and will never stay at that poorly trained staff hotel again. Huge kudos for the cleaning staff who did a job the receptionist should have.

Hotel was fine overall but HORRIBLE customer service. I left a kindle in the room and immediately called them. They continued playing phone tag with me and stating “a manager would call on Monday” or after calling Monday “a manager would call you back”. My kindle was 100% stolen from the staff. I have had better service and treatment at a 2 star hotel! Really disgusting handling of a left item for such a “high end” place
