Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Atlanta Airport-North

The room was moldy; the odor hits you as you walk in the door; mold spores cause illness and even death; all rooms MUST be inspected for mold before a lawsuit is ensued. The shower only made it warm after the first person showered. The sink has a clog that is slow to drain. The toilet paper dispenser are angled because they are loose from the wall. The table lamp has a short circuit. I tested the bulb and it works, but he light flickered a bit but didn't turn on. I don't know if it was the intent, but one bed was really hard and the other was really soft. The cost of breakfast (buffet) and parking was not reflective of the hotel in kind. I was there on business and didn't have the time to neither deal with, nor check into another hotel. Orbitz must remove this hotel from selection.

It took almost 40 mins to get checked in at 10pm on a sunday night because no room keys were available (so i was told) but the counterman did what he could to accommodate me amd the other 15 or so guset that were waiting. But the worst part was that the bathroom was not clean at all, hair follicles all over the tub :(

Clean facility located close to airport and restaurants. I like the free shuttle.

Staff was very friendly and service in the restaurant was excellent.

The reception people were extremely rude. The light in the bathroom never worked even after reporting it. Bathroom was not clean some one must have used it

They were short of staff and when my son and I checked in they had no rooms available we had to wait 30+ plus minutes in the lobby for a room while my son was exhausted sleeping on couch in lobby.Staff was nice but think that should have done something for our inconvenience, room did not live up to picture on Orbitz website.

We got stuck because of a cancelled flight and choose this hotel because of its close location to the airport. Mediocre at best. Not anywhere near the price point. Do not go to the on site restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful

Needed a place quickly for a short overnight stay while awaiting our connecting flight in the morning. Excellent service at the bar/restaurant, kudos to Calvin!! Airport shuttle convenient

There are several hotels in this area. You won't get a better value. Although it may seem like the front desk is under staffed, they do greet you with a smile and are very apologetic. I dealt with Amber. She seemed new but she did an awesome job.

Great staff. Clean room. Queen bed is more like a full size.

Usually airport hotels are run down and not pleasant. This was an exception. Very updated, clean rooms and check in and check out staff were great! I would definitely stay here again when coming through Atlanta.

Nice hotel close to the airport with a very kind staff. Left an item in the room and they mailed it back to me which was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel has an over priced parking facility - an open parking lot should not cost that much

The hotel and staff were great for the most part - But I was not aware when booking they had no complimentary breakfast, they charged $1.00 for coffee(!) And I had to pay to park.

This hotel was excellent all way round except service in the restaurant for dinner was a bit slow. Food though, was extremely good and the fried peaches are out of this world.

The reservation was paid for but they didn't want to honor it because we didn't have a creditcard to allow them to charge $50 in unused incidentals. They would not accept cash as security and we had to use a friends creditcard to get the room we had already paid for. Our truck shows evidence of an attempted break in while parked in a supposedly secure parking lot.

Great service and room but was irritated with the hidden fees. Didn't expect $12/day to park my car or $25/day room fees. Just not the norm for this hotel chain.

Enjoyed my stay, very close to airport. Restaurants and mall close and very easy to reach from hotel. I will stay at the hotel again.

From the time I arrived, till departing, I could not have asked for any better!!
