It was good for the price very spacious nothing to shabby.

This hotel is filthy and run down, as my family and I found out that all The InTown Suites are usually half way houses, our linen was stained on the bed, hotel staff were not friendly, there was nothing good about this hotel at all, no maid service to clean rooms, our room was dingy, bathroom was dirty. Dog barking in room next door all night, bad odor in the hallway, elevators haven't been inspected in over two years. This place needs to be removed form your Hotel list

i like is nice quiet good location plenty parking laundry i like Blee the front desk very nice

They don't have housekeeping and never clean up room. I called front desk and asked them " clean up my room. But they did not come in. "

The room was dirty. Tv and cable were good and the kitchen was acceptable. Awesome customer service.

Convenient location for the purpose of my visit, but I would never choose to stay in this hotel again.

The only thing I can say that was good about this was the price although the rooms were not very clean and the night staff when asked for clean sheets was very rude. Will not ever ever go here again

it was ok just the fact that once i walked inside the room it smells like cigarette but other than that it was terrific.

checking it was good, very nice girl. room was fine. when I got back from my conference the entire second floor hallway smelled like dirty diapers. I called the front desk and the lady said I, yes I, should check the hall trash can. She said the guy wouldn't be around to take out the trash until the morning. Later in the evening I called because it was late and it sounded like they rented a room to a group of teenagers having an wild party. Lady said she would come up and check into it. The party went on until 2 am. I spent that time emailing the company, booking at a new hotel and trying to call the front desk (13 times) the phone was not answered even once after my initial call and the voice mail box was full...and I never even left a message. The next morning I found that there wasn't a pad for the ironing board. I went to the front desk and told the general manager that I wanted a full refund and I was not completing my stay for the rest of the week. I travel all over the world and I was treated better and had a better nights sleep in Athens Greece during the riots and car burnings.

horrible, never received any maid service all week even though I spoke to the desk on two different occasions. Room service was not available daily. The front desk promised me service and it never happened although they did bring towels up after I made it clear that the service was poor. No security, people dealing drugs in parking lot. Desk staff was chatting about boiling chicken, their bad credit and inability to buy a car and flirting with a woman as I was waiting to be checked in as no one addressed me and I waited for them to finish the conversation. Back security door did not require card swipe to get in at any hour of the day. The poorest quality hotel and service I have ever stayed in. They just didn't care.

My standards for a nice hotel are quite low, I would pick cheap over quality any day of the week. As a constant traveler for both pleasure and work I often find myself in bargain hotels and even hostels. However the Sun Suites was a terrible experience. The stench in the lobby is unbearable and the hotel seems hostile to guest. My stay was only booked for a night so the I bared through the mess of a hotel. Patrons hung out around the hotel and the place made me feel unsafe, as a monthly traveler to Mexico city and it's hostels this was a surprise. The room was in order but dirty. My towels appeared to be dirty and the toilet had remenants of human waste on the seat. The bed had a funky odor the walls were paper thin. I have never felt the need to write a review for any hotel but thought I should warn my fellow traveler. Stay away from the sun suites. The gwinette mall is close by but the area has plenty of shopping in a ten mile radius so you could find something else if that is what you want.

Was given the one queen instead of 2 doubles at first Atlanta maps would be nice to assist travelers as well as coffee filters in the rooms. The kitchenettes were nice to have but I couldn't make coffee because I had no filters. Fire alarm went off at 330am and no staff on premises. We were up almost an hour. Bathroom door wouldn't latch shut, hairdryer wouldn't stay on wall mount. Vanity lights wouldn't stay on, phone didn't work because wall connection was empty/displaced ??

never sun suites[...]

I got to the hotel and my suite was lacking soap to clean myself, there were no pots or pans to cook (so why the hot plate?), the walls are thin, there is no pool and it's not easily accessible from the main road. I even had to go to the front desk to ask for a pen and then they wanted it back as soon as possible. The nicest thing was the water pressure in the shower.

the room did not smell good. the hotel didnt have any air freshener so i had to borrow some from another guest. the price was right but you really do get what you pay for.

Everything was good.

the room was not clean, I had to buy room spray because it had a bad smell, the toilet water ran all night
