Our room was clean and well stocked and the staff were wonderful! We had a room on the Mansell road side which proved to be very noisy at night when we went to bed. My husband had trouble with the water pressure when flushing the toilet. He had to fill the holding tank with water by glass full. We were told the water pressure at times was not sufficient to flush when everyone was up and about. And he had trouble turning the alarm clock off. It went off at 5:30 AM our first night. We had to pull it out...but it still rang (as it had a battery) until I found the shut off button. The lettering was very light so I could understand how he did not see it and we were just woken up by it... The location was close to where we needed to go so that was nice. Next time I will ask for a room in the back of the hotel away from the Mansell Rd. Thank You.

Everything was great until I discovered the blood where my son had been sleeping on the pull out sofa bed. I am disgusted, traumatized and completely in shock behind this.

From the time I met Nathaniel at the front desk through a comfortable night's sleep, great coffee & satisfying breakfast in the morning, a fun time with the grandkids in the indoor pool, and not feeling rushed to check out due to the noon check out time, this was a wonderful night's stay.
