The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. However our tv did not work. One of the employees tried everything she could to fix and came to conclusion that it could not be fixed and she would need to issue a refund for our room since she could not move us to another room. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was nice and clean. My kids and I enjoyed this stay (minus not having a tv because my son has a hard time sleeping without it.)

Stayed in this location multiple times whenever we visit Roswell area. Overall it’s been a good experience, except this time the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Crumbs and particles under the chair when we pushed the chair to accommodate the space for the dog. It looked like they didn’t vacuum the floor. The rolled in shower wasn’t big enough, lacking the drainage efficiency, hence water everywhere each time we took shower, a bit disappointing that they couldn’t change the room. But the staff is always very nice and the location good.
