Not the best service. Hardly any staff wearing masks indoors. Had to ring a bell at front desk to get attention. No receipt on checkout —sorry but I prefer paper receipts. Carpet in room was quite stained. Walls are thin: couple in the next room was going at it numerous times during the night and woke us up every time. Oh well….

The gentleman who we primarily interacted was one of the most professional/personable people I've had the pleasure of dealing with at any establishment in a long time.

Mask wearing amongst guests was not enforced in common areas. I saw a guest speaking to the woman at the desk without a mask and she said nothing. Also guests at breakfast area with no masks.

Nice place and nice staffs. Clean Suite room. Close to freeway gas station and Costco. Very convenient.

Room is not clean and lot of people litter out side with loud music with open liquor bottle. I prefer find other hotel room because of covid-19. I don’t think this owner or room cleaner follows CDC rules...

We have stayed there before and found it OK, but this time we had one night when the room was not fully serviced, bed not made but towels changed, don't know if vacuumed or not. Complained to desk but no adjustment made or contact next day..this was at 10:00 p.m. when discovered. Also we were charged for breakfast thru Orbitz, $80.00 total, but there was no screening at property. Scam by Orbitz?? Not happy!!

I didn’t care much for the breakfast. There didn’t seem to be a variety of food and the food that was there wasn’t good. The sausage link was salty, the eggs were crumbly, the oatmeal was cold, the strawberries were bruised or mushy, they had biscuits and breads for toast but no strawberry preserves or fruit spread of any kind, just a big community-sized jar of peanut butter (How is that sanitary if everyone is just digging in?). I asked if they had any jellies and was told “No, they ran out”.....How do you run out of breakfast essentials on a Saturday at 9am? Even the coffee was lukewarm. Soooo I had potatoes and grapes for breakfast because at least those were fresh and tasty. I guess I was disappointed because they have these really appetizing posters in the elevators that advertise the new varieties that are available for breakfast but I didn’t see any of that! Sunday morning was the same. We walked in to see what was available and walked right back out to pay for breakfast elsewhere again. I reeeeeally wanted to like it!!

Even though I paid extra for late arrival they didn’t have my reservation ready. Parking was horrible I’m disabled and they had very few handicapped spots. We didn’t receive enough towels. Room was not clean before hand. Trash on side of bed under bedskirt, and trash when we pulled out sofa bed and stains on couch were disgusting. Couldn’t move tv enough to be able to watch it on far bed. Clerk at counter told me no laundry service of guests items when there was a laundry pick up bag in room which made no sense. Very disappointed for the money spent.

Great service staff! Very professional and friendly! Room was very good value for the price.

It was a nice hotel. Wish there was a filter water dispenser instead of just a water fountain.

Meanwhile regarding the masks wearing, our staff is vaccinated so no masks mandatory on public areas, same requirement as per the state law.
