Really nice hotel, the staff service was really helpful and friendly. The room was really nice and clean; wish it had more USB plugins but the beds were comfortable. The wifi was good, breakfast in the morning is pretty basic but would definitely stay here again if in the area.
Not the best service. Hardly any staff wearing masks indoors. Had to ring a bell at front desk to get attention. No receipt on checkout —sorry but I prefer paper receipts. Carpet in room was quite stained. Walls are thin: couple in the next room was going at it numerous times during the night and woke us up every time. Oh well….
The gentleman who we primarily interacted was one of the most professional/personable people I've had the pleasure of dealing with at any establishment in a long time.
Mask wearing amongst guests was not enforced in common areas. I saw a guest speaking to the woman at the desk without a mask and she said nothing. Also guests at breakfast area with no masks.
