The check-in clerk was rude, condescending, and militant. I have been staying at this hotel about eight times per year for 12 years during my Atlanta visits. I will rethink my options in the future. Also, my deposit was not returned, seemingly as retribution for an aggressively negative confrontation by the check-in clerk relating to my small, well-trained dog. Beds very uncomfortable and key code was broke to enter outside door. I have Neurosarcoidosis and peripheral neuropathy I had to walk to front door a lot and that was very painful and I am not happy about that at all .

This is probably one of the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms were dirty, bed sheet was dirty and when asked house keeping to come up and change it, I was told to comeo downstairs and to pick up the bedsheet and I would need to chnage the bedsheet myslef. No hot water. No house keeping, as they only do house keepig after three days. Terrible will never stay here again!!!!!!

The bathroom is outdated. Low cold water flow for the wash basin . The toilet seat is low and flush worked intermittently. TV can only be turned on when the entryway light is on.

The room stink, like old dogs and stuffy. The floors weren't cleaned. We had to use lysol to freshing the room as best we could. The water ran so so slow. This hotel, it needs to be upgraded i would have left this hotel but I was here for a funeral of a family member that I loved and it was too late for me to change hotels and do what I needed to do with my family. This trip was very disappointing as far as the hotel to stay There's more I could say, but I will not at this time
