I submitted a photo along with my previous review. I called to asked what type of pool was there and I was told saltwater. My 11yr old was celebrating his birthday here with three of his friends. My son along with one of his friends eyes has become swollen and red, with extreme swimmers sting to the point that I ended up having to give them something for pain after repeated rinsing. I let the front desk know and he said that the pool is alkaline and that they have a first aid kit. Well, no first aid kit, but he did have I up and eye wash which he did not offer until I physically went down myself. It was total lack of compassion I will not return.❤️
Absolutely great stay with a professional staff. My wife and I received 2 free cocktails upon arrival which was a great surprise. Absolutely outstanding. Grade A cleanliness as well
I love this hotel. I live in the Atlanta area and sometimes get a room here for me and my boys. We love the pool, separate living areas and the breakfast.
Embassy Suites used to be my go-to chain because they tended to be upscale, have nice rooms, a restaurant/bar, and offered good value. Maybe it's the covid world we live in or maybe it's Alpharetta which seems to be in decline, but this property was a definite "meh", nothing special. One issue I had was even though their website praised their on-site restaurant, that restaurant was long gone. After a long day of international travel and business dealings, I just wanted to check in, put on some comfy clothes, and eat on-site. Instead, I had to go elsewhere to eat...unless I wanted their snack foods, like a convenience store, off the lobby. Sorry, ES, my love affair is over.
Nice facility, but took longer than should have to check in.

The air conditioning in my room #225, was not good at all. We had to go buy a fan to have any air movement at all. The people and staff were great, but the no AC was a big problem for a $250 / night room.

I got to this hotel probably 3-4 hours after booking it & they said they did not have a reservation in my name & they advised they were all booked & I needed to contact Or it’s since I went through them to find me another room & now they are not going to refund my money even though I showed up but didn’t get to stay because they dropped the ball & did not have a room for me. That is pathetic, I could understand if I didn’t show up but since I did & they are the ones that didn’t have a room for me then they should definitely refund my money.
Laundry on site!!!!! I LOVE THIS AND THE COOKING OF BREAKFAST AGAIN!!!
The mob of children in the pool with no parents in site! No staff controlling what’s going on. Kids running the halls at 10 PM and shouting at adults about politics and threatening them.. despicable! Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had anywhere. Not to mention I booked a king suite 5 minutes before pulling up and supposedly it wasn’t available... SMH.
The room was extremely nasty old and set up it listed that the room had been remodeled but that was a lie it smells like
The staff are polite and informative. The rooms were clean and everything with our stay here has went well.
Did not like only one working elevatorother than that okay
2nd time staying here and it was nice just the same. Love the location close to good eats and shopping!
Very nice staff and the breakfast buffet was awesome!
When checking in the desk attendant was already frustrated with someone on the phone and was a little rude. Then they put me and my family in an ajoining room where there was no lock to keep the other guest from coming through the door. We slept with a chair against the door.
Website states a shuttle is available for locations within five miles. This is not accurate. Breakfast omelette line was painfully slow. Should have saved money and stayed elsewhere.
