My bed was not made one day. Everything else was done in the room but the bed was not done. Another day, my towels were not replaced. You spend too much money at this Aloft in Sandy Springs, GA to have this poor service. I think this hotel is owned by an independent company. Corporate Marriott should not let them use their good name.
