Downtown Athens is a short ride away. Covered off-street parking for 2 cars. Nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Relax in the spacious living area with cable TV and WiFi included. Kitchen area includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven and coffee bar.
