Wonderful Stay — Highly Recommend”

We had a great stay! The house was cute, clean, and in a perfect location for what we needed. Communication was excellent from start to finish — quick, clear, and very helpful. We were also upgraded due to maintenance at our original booking, which was greatly appreciated and handled very smoothly. Overall, a really positive experience and we would absolutely book in the future!

Lovely house! Host was very available and the house was well-equipped. Especially appreciated the kids’ toys since we had a preschooler in our group! Would definitely stay here again!

Athens stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The decor was great and very welcoming, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. We were with other family most of the time, but this is a great location for Athens and Watkinsville.

Beautiful House

The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and just a short distance from our family that lives in the area. The location was close to several attractions that we visited while here and was close to many great restaurants.

Very pleasant stay

This was less than 10 minutes from UGA pool. It had everything needed to prep meals for the swimmers. Very comfortable, would stay again

Great home and stay

I love to come to MHM Luxury Properties. The homes are fresh and clean. The home is well kept. I would definitely use this company again and again.

Home was very clean. Location was easy to get to and only a 5-8 minute drive to UGA events. Host was accommodating and communicated well.

Wonderful house!

Myself and three friends stayed here for our 20th reunion. The house was spacious and tastefully decorated (and smelled so good!). The beds were SUPER comfortable. We had a problem with the internet connection upon check-in, but the host was very quick to respond and sent a repairman come to fix it. We couldn’t have stayed in a better house.

Loved the house, clean, comfortable and convenient location. We had some trouble with the heater but eventually got it to work with the help of your management company, who were quick to respond and help. I would add some extra softer pillows, but other than that it was the perfect home for our group!

Convenient, clean and cute!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls getaway and had a great time. The 4 bedrooms are great, with tasteful decor and comfortable beds. Madeleine was attentive and a great host. Her added touches in the kitchen were the icing on the cake. The house is less than 2 miles from downtown and right off the loop, so easy and convenient.Thank you MHM and Go Dawgsssss!!!!

Fabulous home away from home

Highly recommend this home. Stayed for a few days while our kids attended a camp nearby. The house was conveniently located and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen and baths had all the necessities. We appreciated the ability to check in a little early on day 1 and the option for late check out was offered. Only item I would recommend is more comfortable living furniture with additional seating, it wasn’t possible for 4 people to sit together.

Perfect for a guys' weekend!

Our group came down for the NCAA baseball regional and this was the perfect spot, just a few minutes from the UGA campus. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking, and check-in was a breeze. Everything inside is top-notch, from the refrigerator to the big, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. After spending all day at the ballpark, it was awesome to grab a shower (10/10 water pressure!), hang out downstairs (10/10 air conditioning), order a pizza, and engage in adult male bonding (watch highlights). We'll absolutely be staying with Madeleine again next time we're headed down to Athens.

Uga Game

The neighborhood was farther from the main campus and activities than we had thought. The house was adorable. Bedrooms were very aesthetically pleasing. The common area was a little small, and the living room furniture really only accommodated 2 people. Kitchen was also not equipped with items needed for doing a lot of cooking.

Outstanding Experience

Due to significant water damage in the home my son was sharing with 3 other UGA Seniors, during Christmas break we found ourselves seeking alternative housing for them. I found this listing and began communicating with the host. She was beyond understanding and helpful; truly a God Send. The home itself is / was brand new and beautifully decorated. it is close to campus, restaurants, shopping, etc. Great for a week, day, or weekend in the Classic City. Highly Recommend!
