I'm sorry but they just don't try very hard here. The carpet in our room was dirty, we got two "gym" towels and wash cloths and had to ask for more at the counter the next day. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best. It will be our first and last stay. I thought the name Radisson stood for something.
The carpet and sofa in the main area looked worn and dirty. Breakfast did not include eggs, toast, fruit, not even yogurt. The prices were ridiculous. You have to wonder around for the elevators. Children were running, jumping, and screaming in the lobby. High end prices; low end environment.
This property is below par, room was dirty, there were no towels, no breakfast (Ran out), no bed linens or extra pillows. Asked for house keeping and it needed to be requested prior to arrival. Two of my children ended being sick (throwing up) before we ended departed. I truly feel the room was the culprit. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Room was filthy. There was hair on the “clean towels” and all over the bathroom floor. There was standing water in the ice bucket. Was asked for sheets and a blanket for the pullout couch, but they were out. The front desk associate hung up on a guest while I was standing there because they were complaining about the same thing. We will never stay here again and I would suggest avoiding it as well.
Rooms were nice with plenty of space and lounge area. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again given the price.
The room was very nice and bed was super comfortable. Price is very fair as well. My only complaint is the “included breakfast” was barely a continental breakfast served on styrofoam with cheap plastic utensils. Nothing eco friendly about this setup and that is important to me.
The property and rooms are aging and are in major need of refurbishing.
Very badly maintained, stains on the carpet and no room service.
Horrible hotel. Immediately after we checked in, we had a homeless man who was begging outside to hotel approach us and ask for money. Our sink had a HUGE crack in it. Our Microwave didn’t work. Our pillows were awful and kept falling through the headboard. The TV screen was so dark it was difficult to watch anything on. Floors in common areas were stained. Pool wasn’t open. The “buffet” breakfast was a joke, your only options were waffles or cereal. When we asked for just a different or new microwave (at the very least) all they could do is switch rooms. We were already half way through our trip so it was pointless. We paid extra to go to this hotel, specifically for the breakfast buffet. Nothing on the book mentioned anything about it being limited. We would have been better off saving money to go to a cheaper hotel. This hotel is snake oil.
The staff were wonderful! And accommodated me as much as possible. I always stay here when I need a hotel in Athens! LOVE IT!
Nice lobby. Big room. Horrible mattress. No attendant at the desk in the morning. Coffee and milk ran out for breakfast - no one to help.
Great stay. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Parking lot could be a little bigger
The lobby area was nice but the hotel it self was in a questionable area with lots of homeless people loitering around.
Food for breakfast was low quality and waffles tasted awful! pool was closed. Customer service was good!
Pool was closed no breakfast broken bed ice machine wasn't working drink machine had warm soda in it
The first room had dirty linens. Likely, they’d washed them, but they needed replacing because there were ink marks and general dinginess on both beds. I requested another room. Here, the tub was dingy. Very. I asked for yet another room and was told they were full and the tubs were “clean, just old”. Seriously? Also, we found one pillow the next morning that we didn’t realize also had ink marks.
The indoor pool was the main reason for choosing this hotel and it was good except the chlorine was so strong we couldn’t stand to swim for longer than 20 minutes. Breakfast was great though.
Cleanliness was great, room was nice size and accommodating for the 5 of us
Big room, great breakfast selections, coffee, tea and cookies anytime give this hotel extra stars for me. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is quiet. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towels, pillows, etc.
