OVERVIEW:
Located on Milledge Avenue, you are close to UGA, the Botanical Gardens, and everything Athens has to offer. From the condo it's a 5 minute drive to campus and seconds from the loop to put you anywhere else in Athens. The condo has two big bedrooms with attached bathrooms. King Bed + Queen Bed + 2 Roll Away Beds. This condo is dedicated to visits just like yours, so it's like staying in a hotel only with a lot more space!

Fresh, clean, and trendy space. We have built the condo to give you a really comfortable stay where you can immediately feel at home.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
High-speed internet is provided but no cable TV service is provided. All 3 televisions are smart TVs, and it is very simple to login to your provider and stream whatever you like (If you already have cable, netflix, hulu, etc.). The unit is on the ground floor and is connected to other units on either side and above, so you will hear some noises through the wall (almost always it is very quiet).
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
