We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious this property was. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The main bedroom’s shower and soaking tub were especially relaxing after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare a great dinner. The location was also ideal — conveniently close to grocery stores, gas stations, and Rowan University. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely book again.

Great neighborhood. Very quiet. House was clean with lots of essentials and space. Entire basement is like a separate living space with a full bath and gym so that was an excellent addition. Host was super responsive as well. Would definitely stay here again. Only giving 4 stars because I think tvs should be in all the bedrooms and I could not get the tv in one of the bedrooms upstairs to work. Overall I would recommend would just bring my own firestick in the future.

We are very happy with our stay in Jeffery's place. The home was very clean and spacious for our two family, weekend stay. The main floor is where the kitchen, kitchen table and nook, family room, living room and an additional room off of the kitchen, that has an antique, old fashioned barber/hairdresser chair set up with a mirror and great lighting. My granddaughter enjoyed having her hair done by her Mom, in that cool chair! The kitchen was well appointed with pots and pans, dinnerware and utensils for cooking and eating, as well as some thoughtful complementary snacks left for the guests. Our beds were cozy and comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean and have soap, shampoo and conditioner available if needed. We were surprised when we ventured downstairs to look for the laundry room, to find a another large family room, additional bedrooms and a bathroom. We had a wonderful weekend and would happily stay in Jeffery's place again, while visiting the area. Thank you so much!!

And Did!!!

I used this property to celebrate my daughters 1st Bornday. It was also my first time renting a home for a weekend stay. Bar none, this property, the location, the amentities, the owner, the cleaniness, the Everything!!! Absolutely amazing! No complaints. The photos are an exact depiction of the home. It was clean and comfortable even for a 7month old. This home slept 7 adults, 1 teen, 3 kids, and 1 infant and 1 toddler very comfortably. There was enough linen and other random supplies that made our stay and event nice and easy.We used the spacious backyard and the grill. I was able to communicate with the owner from booking to days after checkout. Responsive and consistent communication with the owner was appreciated.I forgot to take my own personal photos, but trust me, this was a good idea that turned out great.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The host is not a man who would honor his word. The light bulbs were not working and almost each of his furnitures were very old and worn out and you always have to be careful and cautious when using them or otherwise the host would straight away blame it on you after you have left the place saying that you broke it. He is at first seem to be nice person but later on he would show his real side which is not you expected it to be. The vessels were very dirty not useable and when you ask for supplies, he would say buy them from dollar general store which is nearby. And the ceiling of main living room had old water leakage marks and after three days of our stay the ceiling started leaking of water from different areas and the rug in the living room got wet and he said stop using master bathroom on top of living room. So we were less one main master bathroom for a group of 8 people. It was nightmarish terrible experience of that facility and he wouldn’t reimburse the money which at first he said he would but on the contrary he came up with an idea of telling us that we broke one of his shelf which we didn’t even need to use at all. And that was in bunker beds room which none of us used at all. That room was once used for couple of hours by one of our guests daughter to relax during day time and after that no one ever entered that room with bunker beds. It was terrible worst experience after paying such a high price for that property. I would not recommend this place for stay.
