Casual dining at the Inn was limited. Service was slow

A beautiful, well staffed, well appointed unique place.

There was several restaurants on the property and the inn offers a shuttle service to and from. The inn was breathtaking and had a professional staff. We will be back!

Dry quite and tranquil. Felt close to the nature and excellent service staff.

No hot water had a freezing cold shower.

Amazing details in the room - like a cleaning cloth left for eyeglasses, or the ribbon to tie up phone cords. Housekeeping service was impeccable. Not many hotels still over turndown on a regular basis (versus on request). So great to see. Grounds are beautiful - the view- wow! Valet/bell staff are attentive. Concierge were knowledgeable. Breakfast, although expensive, esp if you eat light was of great quality. The service staff at the Library Bar are so knowledgeable on the wines and whiskey. Impressive! One thing- no lunch locations in the hotel -have to go into the Village. And would be great to have a coffee bar throughout the day.

I visited for four days and three nights with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary and I had a fantastic time. The Inn and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, beautiful and it was pin drop quiet on my floor. Definitely splurge and eat at the Dining Room. What a treat that was! We also enjoyed the Estate and Monet Exhibit very much. There is lots to do and something for those looking for outdoor activities AND those looking to just relax, eat wonderful food and browse the shops. I can't say enough great things about this place. DEFINITELY GO.

We absolutely loved this place and plan to return again and again!

It took too much time to contact the front desk. The grounds were beautiful but unkept. The first room had excessive mildew.

The entire property was first class.

An elegant experience in every way! The most amazing views of the beautiful area. The Dining Room has delicious food accompanied by excellent service and ambience.

Site, walking trails immediately around the hotel, decor were spectacular. Dinner service was superb but box lunches were overpriced at $42 and breakfast oatmeal was served cold.

You will not regret staying at the Inn. It’s beautiful, peaceful, clean, and the staff is amazing.

We love coming here for a weekend getaway. The property is always top notch. The “Mountain View” rooms have some of the best Mountain View’s I have ever seen. We will continue to stay at this property every time we come visit Asheville.

Every thing was great. Only thing we didn't like was the high cost of every thing, but we made due.

Best hotel ever! Maintained to the highest standard!

The quiet and gentile environment is so peaceful. All the staff are so helpful and accommodating. Two in- house restaurants were disappointing in their offerings; though there are fine restaurants on the property that I've eaten at before.
