What a perfect location and wonderful condo! I go to Asheville pretty regularly and was tired of hotels being more expensive and not having the basics. Mary's place is perfect! It only took one walk to realize that yes, it really IS in the middle of everything. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The beds are really comfortable, and the shower is great too. Can't wait to go back!

Great condo in central Asheville

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, central, and secure. We were walking distance from everything in downtown. Communication with host was great and she invited us to check in a little early since the cleaning crew was done ahead of schedule on our arrival day. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Mary was awesome! For those wondering, the noise was as advertised, but not a problem at all. It is a busy downtown like any other downtown. Would absolutely stay here again!

Location was great for walking to downtown. Modern and clean. But, kitchen cooking utensils are limited. There was only one kitchen towel. Tried to do laundry before we left but someone’s wet towels were still in there. Room darkening shades are needed. Feels like morning all night long because of street lights. Noise cancellation machine was much appreciated though.
