Have laundry available was very nice. Breakfast was marginal. Not much around the hotel to eat if you don’t have a car. Just fast food.
Both times we have stayed there the check in was extremely slow. There was only one person at the desk to check people in, answer the phone and retrieve stored items. They need to staff better.
This hotel is really dated. The carpets are disgusting and clearly need to be changed out. We had 2 rooms and one smelled really bad! The shuttle was convenient and hotel is very close to the airport. That was a bonus for our 6am flight and departed on the 3:45am shuttle. The linens were thankfully newer and clean.
Room was very clean and the staff was nice. The automatic pancake machine was the coolest thing I’ve seen in hotel breakfast. The hotel was centrally located in the city. Nothing more than a 10 min drive away. Would stay again.

This has become my go to place to stay in Anchorage. It's not a five-star hotel, but the staff are great rooms are clean, silent, and comfy! As a bonus they have the pool and have a pretty good breakfast in the morning.

Not worth it, not a 300$ quality room. Beds uncomfortable, pool area so strong smelling of chlorine it burned your eyes. Breakfast good.
Great staffing and management. When I checked in the room had issues, but Troy (AGM) personally took the time to make sure those issues were resolved.
