Very clean rooms, they also smelled very clean, staff was very helpful and caring. The beds are very comfortable and clean. Amazing parking lot and easy to get in and out. Location is good, close enough to Disney and far enough to not hear all the noise when relaxing in the evening. Great price point, this place is now my go to hotel for Disney trips.

Property is old. Rooms are somewhat updated but can’t even stream on the tv. Didn’t like that the hotel shares a parking lot with a liquor store. Room key didn’t work after a long day of walking at Disneyland…had to make several trips to the office before the clerk came to help us with the master key. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Really is a great hotel close to the park. Staff is great rooms are always clean. The environment is safe for the family and there’s a great view of the parking lot fireworks.

Very nice stay. Me and my wife had brought blankets from our home to the hotel, and when we left and came back everything was folded neatly and set up pretty. The only thing was the there were nats somewhere in the room, and the bed frame shifted quite a bit and was loud against th floor. Aside from that everything was nice, very standard for a hotel.

It seem like everything is self service, you have to get your own towels at the front desk. They question why we need more towels when there were 5 adults that were checked in. No elevator so you have to carry all your luggages on the second floor. Front desk staff are not too friendly only the nice one is housekeeper Maria.

The room was is better condition than any room I've ever had at the Bellagio or Venetian. Must have been recently remodeled and was completely spotless. Whoever cleans those rooms is doing probably the best job I've ever seen. Very close to the park and I was able to check in after the park closes. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.
