The service here was excellent and proximity to the parks and the convention center, can’t be beat. The room itself was lacking- the carpet was in need of replacing or a very deep cleaning and we could hear every sound from the room next door. The cleaning crew had done an excellent job but some updates and insulation are needed.

Honestly, we like the fact that it was close enough to Disneyland. Plus the beds were good enough and the hot breakfast too. & staff was friendly.
I was very surprised, the cost was very affordable compared to hotels close by the park. hotel is a little outdated but they are doing improvements, it was clean, breakfast was great to start a Disneyland day, free parking while most places charges $30-40/day. I honestly was expecting a very little for place based on the cost we paid, but I have nothing to complain. It did what we needed and saved us good money to spend at Disneyland instead paying premium price on next door hotels. Oh and This is a 15 min walk to Disneyland but only 10 to downtown Disney. We will definitely stay here again

We always stay here. Close walk to the park. Accommodating on parking prior to check in and after check out so we can visit the parks. Quiet and great price.

It is in walking distance to Disneyland which was nice. The staff also tried their best with what they had but there wasn’t must they could do. The pool was closed and they didn’t offer breakfast because of COVID. That’s not what the listing on orbitz says. I guess you get what you pay for.
Things I loved about the hotel: walking Disney to parks, a playground for my son, continental breakfast was yummy w lots choices, free parking, comfy bed/fluffy feather pillows, room had a balcony
This hotel does not look that great from the outside, but the inside is clean. They initially tried to charge us extra fees not stated on the e-mail receipt during check-in, but that was fixed by the receptionist. The bathrooms don’t have a fan, so you have to open the window to air out the steam. Other than that, the location was great, right accross the street from Disneyland, a short walk away. We did not eat the complimentary breakfast or use the swimming pool. Overall, it’s a cheap and convenient place to stay if you are going to Disneyland.
Clean hotel. Check in staff was friendly. Breakfast was the usual free breakfast—waffle maker, bagels, yogurt, OJ, Apple Juice, coffee. Bath tub did not drain properly but that could have to do with my inability to figure it out.
Nice economical hotel within walking distance to Disneyland and California Adventure Land. Nice pool. The front desk personnel were very helpful with information and arranging rides, etc. The full breakfast was good and the service was very good.
Stayed here for one night for a wedding, the room was clean and nice. The included breakfast was great !
