The room wasn’t very clean, but had the potential to be decent. However, the walls are PAPER THIN, during our stay there were people partying until 330am on the balcony. I had the fan on, and my Bluetooth speaker to try to drown out the noise. The motel was fully sold out so we couldn’t switch rooms. We paid for a 4 night stay, but checked out after one night due to the sleepless night. Because we booked through Orbitz we couldn’t be refunded for any of our stay. The motel said they would have refunded us, but they said Orbitz (Expedia) would have to take care of it, and then Orbitz refused to refund any portion of the stay. So two lessons learned, one don’t book through Orbitz, two, don’t stay at a motel 6, not even one near Disneyland.

The overall cleanliness of motel showed little effort put in. The room though bedding and bathroom was clean the floor felt dirty. There was no microwave or safe provided. The bathroom really needs a fan to help with steam and airflow.

I was very dissatisfied, troubled, and honestly terrified of my recent stay at this Motel 6. The hotel was very run down and did not feel safe. The actual stem of the problem occurred with two issues. First, I asked at check with the front desk employee for a "do not disturb" sign for my door. I was told they did not provide those and he would have to just enter into the computer that I did not want any house keepers or anyone else to come into the room. I was told them was taken care of. On 11/24/25, I came back to the room after spending the day out with my family and saw that a housekeeper had entered my room and rummaged my stuff around! I called the front desk and was told that no notes were entered that I did not want housekeeping. I spoke to the manager of the property and she said there was nothing she would do. She said they do not provide "DO Not disturb" signs because motel 6 is known for human trafficking. I found this too be very disturbing as this was supposed to be a family hotel walking distance from disneyland. My refrigerator also did not work in the room and the manager offered to have it looked at, but at this point, it was already near the end of my stay and I was scared to have someone else come into my room. The manager said there was nothing she could do else to help me and could not help me with any refund. I then contacted Expedia and was told they tried to contact the property and was not able to get a hold of them, there was nothing they could do.

I was in room 146 and none of the usb or outlets worked besides in the bathroom so we have to charge our phones in there then the back of the remote was missing to the batteries were exposed.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The area felt very safe and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. The beds were comfortable that I slept great every night. I loved how close it was to shopping centers and Disney—it made getting around super convenient. Overall, it felt like a perfect spot for a comfortable and stress-free trip.

The roomed smelled of cigarettes. We had to be moved to a different room. The first day we couldn't get hot water from the shower and it was clogged and the water built up in the shower. The hotel in general wasn’t very clean. I stayed here 10 years ago and it was very nice and clean back then it seems the upkeep hasn't been great. Probably wont stay here again.

The floor in our room upon arrival was unswept. We were there for 3 nights. Day 2 room service did nothing. Day 3 they took our big shower towels and left small hand towels so we didn't have enough large towels to shower with. The lobby and elevator was dingy and dirty. It wouldn't take much to really give this place a shine. It's a shame that they do not take pride in cleanliness. The staff was very kind and helpful. It's an extremely in expensive motel which I am grateful for. We appreciated the coffee and tea in the lobby.
