The room wasn’t very clean, but had the potential to be decent. However, the walls are PAPER THIN, during our stay there were people partying until 330am on the balcony. I had the fan on, and my Bluetooth speaker to try to drown out the noise. The motel was fully sold out so we couldn’t switch rooms. We paid for a 4 night stay, but checked out after one night due to the sleepless night. Because we booked through Orbitz we couldn’t be refunded for any of our stay. The motel said they would have refunded us, but they said Orbitz (Expedia) would have to take care of it, and then Orbitz refused to refund any portion of the stay. So two lessons learned, one don’t book through Orbitz, two, don’t stay at a motel 6, not even one near Disneyland.

Found multiple huge roaches threw out the stay. When checking in almost got charged double for my stay until I pulled up the reservation confirmation.

Basic budget friendly

The front office guy wasn’t helpful. They didn’t greet us and didn’t show us where our room was on a map. We asked for something in the back and were ignored . Minimal conversation / like being ignored . But he did tell us we would be charged for 2 days of parking, which I already knew , so thank you for that? The beds are too hard and uncomfortable and there is no microwaves . This is a goodhotel If you literally are just trying to save $ and are on a tight budget . The maids are hard workers ! I’m trying not to be too critical. I miss the coffee machine they used to have ; I think it was frozen coffee ? It was so good and years ago. Customer service bc is definitely a lost art , but in some places still around . And because they are servicing people going to Disneyland where the service is amazing , they need to step up their game !

Shower was very hard to get a comfortable temp, either too hot or too cold. There was open holes under the shelf where the phone was that exposed wiring and conduit. The lighting was horrible especially in the bathroom it felt like a dungeon. It would've been nice to have the shower/toilet separated from the sink. Only 1 person can shower or brush teeth at a time. Beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable. Basically its just a place to sleep. Decent for the price but also ive stayed better for the same price as well
