Room was clean, beds and pillows comfy, about a 15 min walk to parks. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Travelled with just myself and daughter. We felt safe the whole time. Will definitely come back! Microwave in the lobby was very useful. Small store with some snacks, drinks, and microwave meals.

Staff member at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Parking spots are small but plentiful which was fine since I don’t think the motel was fully booked. Definitely would’ve been very hard to park if there were more ppl staying there this particular night. Location was amazing as far as walking distance to Disneyland and Gardenwalk stores. Quiet location as well. The room was decent. Toilet did give off a slightly sewage-y smell after flushing and water pressure was super low in the sink. Room did not have a microwave but we didn’t need one on this trip since we didn’t have the kids and only spent one night there. Not ideal if we had everyone, but also not a complete deal breaker. Beds were decent and air conditioning was amazing. Pool looked nice as well. There was a gas smell coming from an area next to the stairwell. Not sure what was in there. Overall pretty decent for the price and area.

Checked in and walked into our room. We walked right back out after 5 minutes. Cockroaches in the bathtub, under the sink and near the tv. Blood stains on pillow case and bedsheets. Body hair also in sheets. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Absolutely disgusting!

Room was ok, smaller than it looked. No water pressure and no hot water one of the nights. Called front desk and they told there was no issues with the water and they could switch me to another room. But i had 3 sleeping kids and told them that, then the staff member hung up on me. Also there was alot of water on the ground out of our door due to sprinklers, one of my children slipped and feel due to the slick floor.

Many outlets were not working. Air conditioning unit was inoperable when we arrived. We were locked out of our hotel room the evening before check out- when we had the front desk issue new key cards, they informed us that many times this happens and that they don’t know why the cards are deactivated.

Courteous staff. Didnt get extra blankets or towels til 10:30pm because housekeeping was not done washing the used towels and bedding including blankets. Water pressure of the shower head could have been better. If you are renting a scooter and having it deliveredto the hotel and want a bigger room for the scooter to fit you have to click on the handicap room. If you request bottom floor room at time of check in they will give you one if available. Otherwise its the 2nd floor or higher they will assign the room. Both outlets in-between the beds dont work. But was a good stay.

The room was in pretty good condition and the staff was nice. Only few complaints are that 2 outlets in the room didn't work (tried multiple working cords to check) and a lamp didn't either. The bathroom was also not as clean as I hoped.
