Customer service was completely awful. I walk in and the 2 workers are laughing and smiling, the moment they see me and another guest walk in their demeanor completely changes to straight face/annoyed. Like sorry you have to do your job?? Completely cold and monotone during the interaction and then during check out the lady with curly hair and glasses doesn't even look up at me and just stands there. I then say I'm checking out, she's snatches the room keys and says "that's all." The cleanliness of the whole motel was almost non-existent. The entire lobby and walkway is all black and sticky, doesn't smell nice or clean, walkout to the pool area it's the same thing. Luckily the pool looks decent and clear. The room are the same as the lobby, didn't even want to take my shoes off. Mattress were fine no stains and were done. Bathroom was clean but falling apart. It's cheap for a reason.

The stay while at motel 6 was good for our trip. However there was a spill on one of the beds and for the whole week after we returned to the room that stain was still there. Everything else was good except for what it looked like was the sheets were not replaced.

This hotel is in a prime destination as it is walking distance from Disney (end of day can be rougher). The quality is as expected from a discount hotel. The elevator could not return to the first floor. The staff were good, nothing exceptional. They did fix an issue quickly as the room was dirty when we first arrived.

As we had a big roach in our room. They moved us rooms and was dirty and smelled nasty there was hair in the sheets red stain as well lock to door was broken had to put a chair and they didn’t want to move is rooms
