Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place located less than 30 mins to all the best places OC has to offer. It is about 10-15 mins from Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Anaheim Convention Center, the beaches and many more gems. Also, about 30 mins away from John Wayne Airport, Long Beach Airport and LAX.
The space:
This guesthouse is recently remodeled so everything is modern, clean, and in amazing condition. The guesthouse has mini split, with fans in both the bedroom and living room. You will enjoy the plush memory foam carpet pad in the room along with blackout dual shades. There is a lot of natural light throughout the place. The Kitchen fully furnished with: coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, and utensils. The bathrooms fully furnished. Iron and iron board in the bedroom closet and there is also a washer/dryer for convenience. There is a Smart TV, and High Speed Wi-Fi. A long driveway that can hold up to 2 cars on the right side (as it is shared) with an available EV charger (upon request).
BEDROOM:
• The bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress topped with hypoallergenic sheets, pillows, 2 night stands, with ample closet space
BATHROOM:
• Master: The Master Bathroom has a modern sink vanity, stand-up shower, and a bidet. Fully supplied with Hand/Bath towels and essential toiletries.
KITCHEN: A spacious kitchen area that features a butcher block countertop, gas stove, dual oven, dishwasher, a refrigerator , pots, pans, knives and other basic cooking and dining essentials. Washer/Dryer for easy use.
