We booked this because it says a 7 minute walk to Disney. That is not accurate it is a 30 minute walk. We had to pay to park at Disney it was so far. The house was ok, but there was a homeless person parked just outside the property the whole time we were there.

Misleading! Not a 7 minute walk to Downtown Disneyland. It’s actually 1 mile and 20 to 25 minute walk.

Host was very responsive when we had a door code mishap in the beginning. It was harder to park our car in the garage but we made it work. It was a great place to rest our heads after a day at the parks and had plenty of room for our large party.

The place was great and spacious. Had pack n play for our toddler and a garage for our rental car. Proximity to Disneyland is nice but you definitely get your steps in - about 15 mins to the entrance of Downtown Disney and then another 15 to the entrance of the parks (and we are fast walkers). Uber is an option if you don’t have children that need car seats. Host was responsive to all our questions and issues. The pool is not heated and was too cold for us to swim in. It is cleaned twice weekly but did not look particularly clean to us. Overall, great place & fun stay. Would stay again

Good Location

We enjoyed our stay! The hosts were also incredibly thoughtful and available. My only small suggestion would be to have some dressers for clothes. We stayed for a week and it would have been nice to be able to organize our clothes since we all packed one big bag with 6 members of our family, it was hard to live out of for the week. But it wasn't too bad and the place was great.

Core memories were made

The memories of an amazing trip to disneyland dont need to stop at the gate. This was trully a magical vacation and it could not have been done without funtierland. Shout out to Shari! Trully the best!!!

Great rental home

We stayed here for 5 nights to have a Disney vacation. It was a perfect house for the 5 of us and if we had a few more it still would’ve been great. We weren’t sure how we were going to get to the parks, but we figured it out. Uber or Lyft is definitely the way to go. It’s too far to walk, especially to walk back after a long day at the park. Parking is nearby, but it’s a long walk from the parking structures. Really, take an Uber/Lyft. You’ll be happy. We are really happy with everything regarding the rental. Terrific place to stay.

California vacation

The property worked out well for us. The only complaint I have was the washer door was broken and unattached. I rented the house with intentions of being able to do laundry on our 8 day trip but we were able force thr door to hold the lock in place and get some landry done.

Review

Unfortunately, the washer was broken and the fire pit was broken. We purchased items to make s'mores and we were unable to do that with my grandchildren. The vacuum doesn't work and the can opener doesn't work. The refrigerator is also not keeping the food at a safe level top keep food fresh and our food rotted in the fridge.I would not recommend.
