1- the building architecture is just a beautiful combination of contemporary and modern open fresh air surrounded by the Canal and trees. 2- the STAFF professionals, understanding, generous, easy going, welcoming, & highly respectful. They made sure i had what i need. 3- the room was just something else that i may not describe... it was just something you would not imagine . One word maybe .... Sensational .... Thank you for your spectacular hospitality, for sure the next time will always go with you. Best Regards, Abdullah Al-Taleb
Me and my friend stayed at the amadi for 2 nights.. It's a lovely place, super well located if you want to know Amsterdam! The breakfast was a bit expensive, 15 € pp so ended up eating out at bagel place close by. The room was very clean + spacious and the shower was amazing. I really recommend this hotel.
Stayed here for a few nights while in Amsterdam and had a great time. The hotel is really nice inside and the rooms are very comforting and modern. The staff were really nice, although it did take us a while to get used to the unusual set up of the hotel. Recption on the top floor? But this was quirky and added to the character of the hotel. Location wise, its not the best for central Amsterdam travels, whilst it is easy to get to the centre and only a 10 minute walk away and there are plenty of public transport options to keep you going, it did make things a little difficult but we knew about this at the time of booking. Not much else to say but we thorouhgly enjoyed the hotel and would certainly look to revisit again if we were in the area. Nice hotel. Would recommend.
Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and cannot fault the room or the location. The room was ample size with a big double bed, coffee machine and a free mini bar! Also the reception has 24hr free tea and coffee making facilities (cappuccino and English tea). The hotel is close to the main museums, which is also where we caught the 197 airport bus to and from the airport. The hotel is in the same building as 2 other hotels, so it can be quite confusing when you first arrive as the reception is on the 4th floor. However, it is clearly signposted to avoid confusion. The staff were friendly and were kind enough to look after our bags as we had a late flight. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
The hotel should be a 4 star hotel, thought it is hardly meet a 3 star experience. The hotel is in an apartment house where the reception and the rooms are completely separated. Rooms are super tiny by any standard and very minimal. Wifi was not working in my room during the stay. Breakfast is somewhat okay. They offer fresh food and also happy to prepare an omelette. The images really guiding you to a false expectation.
Absolutely loved this hotel, the room was spot on. SUPER clean and very roomy, it was a pleasure to stay at. The staff was very friendly and location was nice enough to take a 'chill' from the city centre but also be close enough to walk quite happily to it. Breakfast was expensive but we never really eat at hotels anyway.
Would call this a "travellers" hotel at best; a "backpackers" at worst... but not a business hotel. Located in shared space in a Residential apartment complex. Difficult to find the entrance...4th floor...press button 26G...mmm. Room design fine; tinny fixtures and fittings though. Not a fan of a wet room either. Location useful. Breakfast decent.
We stayed here for one night only as we were passing through the city. The room we booked was the lowest category and was quite small but the bathroom size was comfortable. The room provides all the basic features required, with a very comfortable bed, small writing desk with coffee machine, wardrobe which we felt could have been smaller and mini bar and safe. The staff at the front desk are very very helpful and polite and able to answer all questions and give assistance. There is coffee and tea available 24 hours at the front desk in addition to the complimentary minibar in the room which is replenished daily with 2 beers, 2 colas and drinking water.
This hotel is in an apartment block which we had never experienced before. The small reception area was on the 4th floor. The breakfast room was also here and it also serves as a place to have a glass of wine/coffee etc and relax. The hotel is within walking distance from the centre. We had booked a junior suite which was very nice. Free mini bar and coffee and tea making facilities were great. Breakfast was lovely and fresh with plenty to eat.
I stayed in a single room with a very comfortable single sized bed. The room was small by North American standards, but it had everything I needed (including a nice wardrobe to put clothes, so it was very easy to 'get organised', a mini fridge (stocked with complimentary beverages every day), a TV, a balcony and I loved the decor of the place. Walking distance to the museum district, vogel park, and buses/trams that would take you to the city center in minutes. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the building (which was not just the hotel, there were residences and other businesses at the location) was quiet and I slept really well when I was there. I would totally recommend this hotel to people who want a good night's sleep and value for their money.
