Zaman Ya Zaman Boutique Hotel

Cute budget hotel, great location, FABULOUS staff

The hotel is a great price. The decor is really cute and alot of effort has been put into cultivating a lovely, quaint environment - flowers, colors, beautiful outdoor seating. The views from the hotel are quite spectacular - overlooking the Roman theatre and Wast al Balad (downtown). As for the rooms - you really get what you pay for. I wasnt expecting the Hilton, based on the price I paid. However, what took this experience to a whole new level of amazing (and made me extend my stay not once, but twice) was the incredible staff. My booking was handled by Shadi, who was simply awesome, but all the guys were so cool! I have many new friends now, and without these guys' amazing company and service, from serving me my breakfast in the morning to just chilling in the lobby, I would have had a totally different experience. I vlogged my experience on my youtube channel and web

Rafi Hotel Amman

Good clean hotel in near the Roman Amphitheater.

This is not a luxury hotel, but it is pleasantly decorated in the public areas. It is simple but the room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom plumbing is a bit outdated and delicate, but we couldn't have been happier for the price and in this location. The hotel is a bit hard to find and is nested in the hubbub of everyday Amman life. It backs up to the hillside between the Roman Amphitheater and the Roman Nymphaeum.

Mosaic City Hotel

Great stay for overnight near the airport

Madaba is a great place to stay for a late night arrival or early morning departure for the Amman Airport and the Mosaic City Airport is a great little gem. It is family run with very friendly staff and a good breakfast in the AM. My wife got up early to use the gym---i never do. The hotel is 30 minutes to/from the airport but is also worth the stay to see the famous map mosaic at the St George Orthodox Church
