We stayed at the Intercontinental during a 24-hour layover in Jordan. It was incredibly comfortable, gracious service, great wifi, comfortable lobby lounge area. Great in-hotel restaurants; walkable to downtown. I did miss a more traditional wood-paneled bar type space, but Cinco de Mayo has a happy hour special. Lovely indoor spa, wish I had more time to take advantage of it!

This hotel is in a very good location and is quite spectacular- the service is top notch and our room is very roomy and comfortable. We ate this evening at one of the hotel restaurants (Burj Alhamam) and the Lebanese food is amazing- we couldn’t have been happier with the variety, taste, or service. Our waiter was Nour Al-Dean. He made excellent recommendations and was very professional.

Nice hotel. It is a bit old but the service is really five stars. Calm and not in crowded area. I liked it. Resturant’s are nice. SPA is fabulous. Check in is easy and helpful. I do recommend for couples as well as for business.

Been staying here since 2015 every time I go to Amman and its great, just make sure you get the rooms either in the building where the Mexican restaurant is or the one right behind the front desk. Weddings happen every Thursday and Friday during the summer so make sure you get a good room if you are a light sleeper. Gym and inside pool are great (never been to the outdoor pool). Its located a few blocks from Rainbow street with lots of good restaurants and cheap shawarma. All the staff is great, sometimes the housekeeping staff very politely suggest you leave them a tip every single time they see you, not that they don't deserve it but hey you leave a tip anyway right?! Make sure you take a moment and have a Turkish coffee with the older guy in the reception it's well worth it.

Excellent hotel, classy and elegant inside and outside. Great location, situated between old and new Amman and blocks away for local shops and authentic food restaurants. Employees are very friendly and courteous and one assistant stands out, her name Ms. Farah.

Hotel has excellent staff with great service. Very well located. Two fantastic restaurants in Cinne De Mayo and Burj Al Hamam. Breakfast needs to be improved. Ibrahim at the lobby coffee shop was very good. Very charming looking hotel.
