If you're looking for an all encompassing compound, stay here! Short 2 day stay in Amman. We took a different day tour each day and the tour company picked us up at this hotel. Everyone was accommodating - front desk to concierge. Whenever we needed more Bottled water they quickly provided more. Bottled water is free here! Room was wonderful - huge comfortable bed, quiet rooms, great wifi, nice robes, bathroom was enormous with two showers, tv had plenty of English TV channels. No snack bar - had to order room service Pool was great and had food service too. But it closes at 5:30 even though there is plenty of demand to stay open longer!

I usually book this hotel on weekends to relax with my daughter at pool and enjoy the service ,,pool is great and heated for kids ,gym trainer Yanal and Qais are so willing to help and give all advices at gym ,,I am so happy with the service

If I am to put a title of the intercontinental hotel Amman it's :the staff and the great service ,,everywhere and where ever you go you see smiley employees that make you feel home ,gym trainer Tanal and spa Chinese therapist Sun are amazing ,very nice clean outdoor pool and heated ,,they make complementary tours with detox drink and fruit cuts rounds for all summer pool visitors and guests ,,I love this hotel

This is a classic place this hotel have very nice layout for everything with great staff I had joyful stay in a pool view room and then when I went to the spa everything was adorable and the special case is the gym with Yanal the extra strong training with this great trainer in this very Gym which is everything is available and I had a great great time here this nice hotel is very recommended

I have been at most of the health clubs in Amman and I must say that I was lucky joining the spa InterCobtinental ,the service is great ,the follow up on every guest needs are so good ,Jawad is an assist for this hotel and gym ,very well done to all the team and management for delivering the great service .

One of these hotels were the people do care about you and they go out of their way to ensure you are looked after in a professional and friendly way. The hotel management looks after you and take care. Luxury rooms with all comfort and with excellent room service; Food: very good quality (breakfast and restaurants: Lebanese and Indian are a must); Very nice outside area; Club floor (business lounge): very customer focused touch. This is our 6th stay in 5 months and we will be back!

Starting from a very fast check-in, everything was good. The room was spacious and service throughout was generally very good. The facilities were nice. There is large outside area which is perfect for this time of the year for a drink. The food/restaurant choices are good also.

Yes, the name says it all. One of my most preferred hotels across world, best you can get wherever you travel Just few points: guys at reception are little smarter (since its a tourist destination) trying to sell you more of offers, in that communication they decline some benefits already in your booking, Visit to spa in evening is a must, especially the entrance door where you have a tree full of small birds !! what natural sound

I stayed here at the end of a business trip. It was a very nice hotel with good food, a luxurious room, everything you could need. The location in Amman is also great. My only complaint was the staff tended to be a little pushy to do things for you so they could get tips. I understand some of that, but it was a little excessive in my opinion. However, overall an excellent stay and I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Amman.
