the room is well organized, very convenient to do your work, and the room service is excellent, unfortunately i don't recall the name of the gentleman who was in charge of cleaning my room! he was super nice and efficient, in general the staff quite helpful, specially in the breakfast restaurant every morning, you ask for your preference only once and they will memorize it for the whole stay!! this is really impressive, a special thanks for Ms. Wisam and Ms. Areej for their outstanding service every morning.
Staying here as a couple was really nice! Room is so spacious and nice! Bed was comfortable! Everything was perfect except for the fact that you have to pay extra money everytime you need to park the car. As a five stars hotel , free parking should at least be provided. But overall it was excellent! Breakfast was also fantastic !
Special thanks to the service team and big thanks to Ahmad Mustafa from housekeeping for making the stay special everyday!! As well as Bashar from the Fitness team and Shadi and from FB. Will come back for sure!
Overall very good experience, staff is very polite I stayed 20 days in this hotel. And I would like to highlight the gentleness of the cleaning lady: Mrs. Marilyn. Great service. I should come back to the InterContinental in Amman. Thank you
Fantastic business and social gathering place!! Had happy hour every night. Great service. And delicious food. Even customized food needs. Worth every penny!! Special thanks to the team making it happen-- Malak, Batool, Maen and Haitham.
Club Lounge have a wonderful staff: Mohammad Khalaf, Malak, Maen, Batool, and Haitham. The folks here do a great job creating an enjoyable warm hospitality room, cozy atmosphere with music, delicious food, and drink! Very committed to taking care of folks. I enjoyed the group teaching and sharing the Arabic language. I appreciated the folks at the entrance who work security, especially Nancy, who also shared in teaching me some Arabic language. Much thanks to Muhammad and Ammad for taking care of my room making me feel quite at home. Front desk so helpful in attending to my needs, very quickly and professionally. I must give my compliments to the chefs and the waiters who worked and slaved making superb breakfasts!! YUM!!! Great Place, Good People! Very Close to so much History, so do not miss out on a life time opportunity!
An overall very good experience. The executive club was very good for a quite and very good breakfast (with many healthier options available). The Cinco de Mayo bar/restaurant gets busy which is good if you want a relaxing drink. Very good rooms with plenty of free botted water. The bed quality could be better though. Very good shower and bath sizes. Good location, within walking distance (7-8 minutes) to places such as the Fakhreldine restaurant and the District rooftop bar etc. Highly recommended, would stay again.
The club is located on the top floor of the Intercontinental Hotel with great views of the city skyline day or night. Nice welcome from Malak, she was very nice. Also Batool, Maen, and Haitham went out of their way to be hospitable. I went to visit with business clients after work and it was perfect place to unwind from the long day of work. Quiet, nice atmosphere, local beer and wine available plus good food choices. I look forward to coming back next visit from the US.
The club lounge is a very Nice open relaxing area with a nice view over the Hotel pool area and the city night puls. The club have a Nice bar with small dining dishes like sushi and apertizers and great wine selection. The Most important is Always the Nice service personal working on the spot, and Tonight We got spoiled by Malak in reception and Batool. Maen and Haitham in the bar.
Recently I had the privilege of experiencing one of the greatest lounges I have ever been to. The "exec" lounge at the Intercon, Amman, Jordan provided a wonderful atmosphere and great escape from busy days. The staff was amazing and timely. The team of Maiak, Batool, Maen, and Haitham have a wonderful staff and we're excellent hosts and hostesses for us. Definitely and experience I would return for again. Thank you! I would give six stars if I could.
