This is a great hotel for Amman, but a bit pricy. The rooms are great and especially the staff are very polite and well trainined. It has some amazing views of Amman (rooftop). The sushi restaurant is average.
The first time in amman to experience a true warm welcoming and hospitality ... we have been welcomed by the great Mr FAYEZ JAMOUS the head concierge at the hotel who took an extra-care of us upon arrival and untill our check out ...the room was clean and relaxing, the whole staff is friendly and the food they serve is really good .. for sure am coming back to this hotel
We attended 2017 new year event and invited 8 colleagues at 80jd (c, $120) each. The hole was so cramped I could not walk between tables and got stuck trying to even move your chair position. The party started at 9pm and food served at 1am- no one even bothered to tell us the buffet was open. Increasingly, the hot food was served cold and the cold food hot...there was nothing underneath the serving plates to keep hem hot..:very poor selection of food and the meat was rubbery and non of the dishes had any flavour...everybody had the same issue and plates were returned almost full. We thought the desert would be better but sadly it was not. Knafeh was made by Nafeesah and regrettably it would have been better if it was put in the bin...how could they serve this national dish cold is beyond me. The rest of the deserts were warm hard and tasteless. Staff were not any better, it appeared as if they were forced to work and drinks never arrived. The DJ took liberties with one of the female guests which ended up in a massive row spoiling the entire evening. All in all disgraceful, abysmal, poor quality and shameful
We are from Aqaba and this was our first time at the Landmark Amman me my wife and our sweet angel , it was awesome , such a great experience for us , the room was nice and comfy , the food is very good and the staff are great and very friendly ... 5 stars
The staff, in particular Joanne at reception, were very welcoming and available to assist at all times. The food is very good. There is a great Sushi restaurant on the top floor. The security is very good. It is pretty close to the first circle where there are a variety of shops and eateries.I would return to this hotel any time. Great Xmas decorations and the Xmas music was pleasant and not loud.
I was lucky to be in Amman and be at the landmark hotel it's an experience of a lifetime Since we arrived we been greeted by smiling staff and all addressed me by my name which we don't get in other hotels The service is excellent the food is unbelievable, clean rooms, hallways and restaurant The staff and management made us feel like royalty I do recommend this hotel to each and everyone who is interested to go for holiday in Amman Jordan this is the place for you Fayez j. was partially helpful
I went to landmark Amman in November for 3 nights for business trip we had conference in the same hotel too. The conference was really good and the organizing and supplies were great too. The room was ok ( Not bad) it just need renovation but the bed was very comfortable. I was on the 6th floor so I had the chance to see the view of Amman was great view. But the bathroom need real renovation especially the bath tub, staff were helpful not very friendly though but helpful. As business trip and my conference was in same hotel so I tried breakfast, lunch and dinner and the three were amazing, delicious food and good varieties of food selections. If I was booking for myself for my business trip again I am not sure that landmark will be my choice. But it is fine hotel if you wanna book but I just saw that bathroom need renovation. I did enjoy the hotel in general with my business group anyway. P.s the hotel rooftop has great selection of restaurants and bar with great view ( check the photo attached). In addition there were some noise in the middle of the day, they said they do some renovation. Hope this includes bathrooms.
The hotel is fantastic to stay in. The Lobby and the rooms look very up to date and are meticulously maintained. The food in the restaurant is varied and always very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful, from the housekeeping, to the dining room, and the lobby staff. Absolutely amazing The concierge staff would go out of their way to assist in anything you asked for. My husband and I stayed there 5 years ago and went back in early December this year. The excellent standard has been maintained for all this period of time, it is even better this time around.
Landmark hotel is one of the best hotels in amman .. i’ve been to many conferences there .. the staff are very friendly and welcoming.. and they are very family friendly, in my last visit i had a 3 weeks old baby 👼🏻 and i had to attend a course .. so they offered me a room for free so that i could put my baby in and breastfeed her whenever i had the chance .. that was really kind of them and i appreciated it .. i recommend this hotel and you wont regret your stay 😊
Landmark is like home to me when I am on business in Amman. The staff is what makes this special. They go way beyond duty to help. Ask for Fayez Jamous or anyone on his team, and they can make anything happen. When roads were blocked during the snow storm in 2012, he was able to get me and my brother to the airport when no one was willing, safely and on time so we don't miss our different flights. I have been coming back again to Landmark because of the staff. Its not the location or the rooms, it is the feeling of having a family around and that people genuinely care. Staff in the main restaurant have memorized my preferences, and when something is not on the menu of the buffet, the Chef goes out of his way to make it happen. The generosity and hospitality is overwhelming.
