I went to Amman two times, and I like every time to stay in Landmark Hotel, I always heard about Jordanian people hard to smile, but it is not true, in that Hotel people are very friendly and smiling, Rooms was good, clean, and quite, Wifi was powerful, Breakfast is very nice and varied options.
My experience with this hotel started on a good note. the staff are friendly but the rooms are too old. there was a lot of noise but they were renovating so that is okay. there were few restaurants in the hotel and the security check was pointless and took too long but other than that it was good. the food was good and everything else was as expected.
The location is great, nice views of the city. Nice clean rooms, excellent staff. Would recommend to anyone. The staff is always willing to help in any way possible, and will correct any types of issues you encounter.
it was a very good experience with this hotel the food was so delicious , there was a beautiful girl called merica she's very helpful she helped us alot . and all the staff they were very nice to us , the great employees they really made us want to visit this hotel again if we come to amman .
I was there only overnight on a business trip. The room was spacious and well stocked with high quality amenities. I didn't try the food at breakfast, but my colleagues said it was decent. The location was convenient for me.
It is obvious that the hotel is not new. The rooms are [mostly] clean, but also worn down to such a degree that a renovation is the only logical step forward. That being said, in this hotel, I have had some of the best food [buffet style as well as a la carte] that I have had for a very long time. If only for the food, definitely worth a visit, but if for overnight, USD 150/night is definitely on the higher side for this.
Big clean rooms with large beds, tv, desk and large bathroom. Towelling robes and slippers provided to each guest. Tea and coffee making facilities with a welcoming basket of fruit and a letter on arrival. Extremely pleasant and helpful service staff particularly mrs albina mrs rula mr faiz and the young men on the security scanners. Highly recommended and i will definitely come again.
the hotel is a little classic and some of the rooms are being renovated But I had an executive room and it was very nice And the breakfast is very tasty and the staff is genuinely friendly But there aren't many facilities in the winter.
I didn't stay at the landmark hotel, I went to many conferences there and all I have to say is they have an amazing events and great and helpful staff. My friends said their new rooms are nice and modern so I would like to experience it too.
