I really enjoyed my staying there. The staff are so helpful like Mr. Mizer and Ms Albina. I recommend this hotel for short or long stay. The location is so convenient and has access to most of the attraction locations.
Excellent hotel. Variety of amenities. Very clean. Professional but friendly and accommodating, regardless of their position, from cleaner to concierge. 13th floor bar had a wonderful view, able to experience beautiful sunsets.
From the initial coordination with Mr. Ibrahim to check out, the staff at the Landmark Hotel were extremely professional and kind! Anytime I travel to Amman, I will always stay at the Landmark. The rooms are recently remodeled and very spacious. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!

Third, the Respect, high morals of employees and workers in the hotel is noticed by all costumers, they do all your requests with happiness, they tell you always a cute and beautifull expressions, alawys their smiles are appeareanced. Defeinitly, I will stay in any hotel except Landmark Amman Hotel whenever I come to Amman ''Inshallah''.
I stayed in the Landmark Amman Hotel for the better part of nine months as I was doing contract work in Amman. I consider myself fortunate to have been placed in this hotel, as it became my “home away from home” for a considerable length of time. What impressed me most about the Landmark was the staff. Everybody who works there made every effort to ensure I was incredibly well taken care of. The the front desk staff and customer relations folks were exceptionally personable and cheerful, always greeting me by name and asking if there was anything they could do to make my stay more pleasant. They were an invaluable source of information about Jordan – and Amman in particular – which was extremely helpful when I wanted to plan outings on my days off. I mentioned I wanted to learn conversational Arabic one day, and they enthusiastically took up the challenge, patiently working with me every day to ensure my accent and pronunciation sounded convincingly local. You simply couldn’t find better folks in a hotel anywhere. The dining room staff in the Landmark also take great pride in their work. The bakery treats at the breakfast buffet were incredibly fresh and delicious and there was always something new and tempting on the buffet. I asked about what foods were part of a traditional Arab breakfast one morning, and was quickly treated to a sumptuous spread of individually prepared dishes that was simply amazing. The servers always ensured I had a fresh cup of coffee in front of me as soon as I sat down in the morning and they were always more than happy to pull a generous shot of espresso if I felt like a change from brewed coffee. Overall, my time as a guest at the Landmark could not have been better. As a long-term resident, I was always made to feel at home by a staff that genuinely cares about every person that walks through the door. Their helpfulness and consideration throughout my stay was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to give the Landmark Amman Hotel my highest recommendation. It is truly second-to-none.
I stayed a few nights when passing through and had a great sleep. The weekend can be busy with weddings and the bars at the pool. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and throughout the hotel are always helpful and pleasant.
I visited the Landmark Hotel a couple of times now and staff get friendlier and friendlier every time I go there! The bar on the top floor was amazing with an amazing view of Amman as well. I would like to thank Marika ( guest relations) for being so helpful in assisting all our needs during the visit. All the staff are amazing and very helpful. Thank you Landmark for never disappointing us. I'm sure we'll be back a lot of times after this experience.
