Jolita was absolutely amazingly accommodating to us- when we arrived we could see the place just would not work for us. It seemed very clean, just smaller than what we wanted, and there is a tenant in a downstairs apartment. She allowed us a partial refund. It is near some beautiful parks.

Great stay!

Perfect location for visiting my son (ISU student) and attending the football game. Cottage by the Park was very clean and had all the essentials for our weekend stay. I would highly recommend!

The property is only a short drive from downtown & about 10 minutes from the Coliseum where ISU holds graduation. The house is small but had enough space for our party of 3. I would not recommend the home for someone with mobility issues as the bathroom is very cramped & you need to be able to walk up a few steps to get to the doorway of the home as there is only 1 entry/exit. We had issues with our bedsheets & pillows having some dog hair on them & with the front door lock sticking, but the host was very responsive & courteous when contacted. Good place to stay for someone who is traveling light & is not fussy.
