Pros: LOCATION, fast responses from owner, close street parking, one super comfortable bed, warm and cozy, fair rental price.Cons: was not very clean on arrival (hair in the shower, unclean toilet, not clean dishes in the cabinet, dirty microwave), 2 of the 3 beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable, upstairs neighbors were very loud 50% of the time and made it impossible to sleep.To the host, please consider getting a floor lamp for the living room, and please consider getting something to put your legs on while watching TV. We left a salt and pepper shaker there and had to buy dishwasher detergent.We appreciated the quick communication from the host, the location of the place and the price.

Stunning property. Spacious and modern in a classic house in a charming neighborhood. Fantastic location — close to bars and restaurants- many walkable. This is a new property- so there are not a lot of reviews. But if you need to stay in buffalo— this is your place!!!
