Good value for the money but they advertise breakfast and it consisted of a muffin, an apple and coffee. Not very appetizing

I stayed here on 2nd floor last month, the room was OK. Then, I decided to stay here again for 9 nights. I’m moving out tonight because this room looks like a shelter; there was no iron, no Kleenex tissue, no shampoo or extra towels. The room is not clean. The AC is out of control, fan makes noise whole night, it’s working unstoppably! No maintenance service at nights. I’ll go to other hotel tonight, I’m afraid of losing my car too. The place is fool of suspicious people, they look like illicit drug users!
Room was clean and comfortable. Older motel so could hear neighbors but overall OK.

The Motel is right next to Interstate 25, near the Santa Ana Star Casino and is centrally located between Santa Fe and Albuquerque, NM. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast is a basic and nice continental breakfast.
Bed was extremely comfortable. The location of the property is convenient to the interstate and restaurants.
I would have been nice yo have an elevator. Otherwise it was fine
I liked it all. The room was clean and the staff courteous.
We were traveling with small children and were expecting a pool for them to swim in. However there wasn’t a pool so we had 2 disappointed kids. The room was clean but hot when we arrived as the air conditioner was off. We went to eat and came back but it was still hot. It took several more hours before the room was somewhat cool. The breakfast was good and the kids loved the waffles.
It was clean and nice close to food and shopping. They also have a very nice breakfast put out for you. They offer w Belgian waffles, yogurt, toast, cereal, many kinds of danish, coffee and juice.

Sounded like the next door neighbor was up all night, ALL NIGHT listening to music and tv. Hard to sleep.
The room was clean, close to I25 and priced right. Looks like a place for long term stays like construction workers. Booked and paid for room through Orbitz but was charged again at check in. They reversed the second charge when I checked out. I would recommend for a late check in overnight stay. Several fast food restaurants nearby.
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were just not in good working order. The toilet bumped the wall when used, the safe was "inoperable", the shower head was caked with hard water deposits, and one of the outside doors to our wing didn't lock so anyone could come in from the outside without a key. The air conditioning unit was actually quite modern and not too loud, it was clean and convenient, and the staff was great.
