"horrible experience... upon arrival we were told that there was no internet at all, and therefore room keys couldn't be activated, and everytime you left the room a staff member would have to let you back in.. same for the gym, or anyplace you have to use your key.
Staff notified me that this had been going on for two days, yet they didn't tell me until it was time to check in. I had to spend an extra $50 a night for another hotel. no offer of free dinner or reduced rate to stay there if we wanted to deal with this big inconvenience. no internet means no wifi- no streaming etc."
