The property is fine, and they had a great discount which is why I chose the property. Rooms were not very clean, dressers had a sticky substance on them. Drawers didn't stay shut, bathroom toilet paper holder was broken and jerry rigged with a hanger. Even the do not disturb signs were dirty. Cable service was out, and they promised they were attempting to have it repaired, but still not fixed after two night stay. No communication about its status, I had to inquire at the front desk.

Room was large, clean and bed was comfortable. Happy hour at bar/restaurant from 3-7pm. One person playing guitar and singing was unexpected and she was good.
We stayed overnight in our outbound two-day road trip to Montreal. The room was way larger than I anticipated which the kids enjoyed to play around (I think I counted 33 feet from front door to outside window). The room is basic but very functional. Staff seemed eager to help and enthusiastic, yet I did not have a need to ask for anything so I cannot judge service. Surroundings are OK but it is a place I would not walk at night. I think it was a Chilis restaurant next door. We brought our own light breakfast to hit the road early. We would stay again specially for the room size.

No housekeeping and hotel was filthy and rundown. Had a motorcycle rally in the parking lot at nite and had to listen to motorcycle burnouts for two hours.
No microwave in room to heat my baby bottles up, one microwave in the lobby that EVERYONE HAS TO USE, which was nasty up inside the microwave sticky splattered food, mini refrigerators in rooms were not cold at all, WARM! an way to small, took housekeeping 5hrs to bring me 6 towels to my room. Housekeeping staff was MUSTY! left a odor that LINGERED as they went past or came out elevator,one elevator for the whole hotel. Definitely never staying there again! EVER!!
Noisy, some people were fighting, screaming in the room across from us.The cleaning person didn’t come on our second day there ,to clean or bring fresh towels.
Room type not corresponding to type of room reserved. Furthermore, Orbitz stated that breakfast is included, hotel management said it is not and did not include it
I did not like that pool was cold and that breakfast was very limited, better to say that pool is not working and that breakfast is not offered as per my opinion. Also there was 4 guests and only 2 towels... There was also marijuana smell in the hotel, no smoking should be enforced.
Ultra clean and modern hotel. Staff very courteous and professional. Walking distance to two good restaurants with many others nearby.

Had a reservation for Sunday night. At midnight I got a call from the hotel front desk asking if I was still going to stay. I said yes I am out and will be there shortly. I showed up at 1:30 am to check in and the woman at the front desk said we don’t have a room right now we are trying to make a room available. I said you called me an hour ago and asked if I was coming She said we are understaffed. AT 1:30am???housekeeping is cleaning my room. just bs. The hotel is mice Management poor

Good for an overnight stay, next to the highway, restaurants nearby. 20-25min to racetrack. Breakfast was very limited but rooms are comfortable and clean
