While the rooms are large and fairly clean, the water pressure barely exists and the bathtub was dirty and had mold in spots. I stayed here about two years ago and can’t recall it being this way. Also, there was a large group of younger children who were running around the parking lot, elevators and hotel in general playing tag. The parents didn’t care at all and staff didn’t say anything, which isn’t ideal for other guests trying to relax. I will not be staying here again.

Everything was great about our stay. The check in staff were amazing and friendly. There’sa restaurant also in the hotel which was a big plus, lots of food options near by 4 minute drive. Very quiet and the pool is always a plus also. To top it off they have an EV Charging Station on the side (not free) and was great to be able to charge over night to continue on journey.

The property, lobby, and room were all well maintained. The common areas had a really great smell when we arrived. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was really great. Shower a bit small and not enough towels. Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working but employees were available to direct to a working machine. The restaurant/bar was open and the music from it was very loud in our room above it. Room is dark when curtains closed. Plenty of lamps but they are dim. No overhead light but the windows were big and allowed plenty of natural light. Easy to check in/out. No microwave in room but they have one in the lobby. They also added vending machines for snacks since our last stay. Easy to park. Didn’t use any room service/gym/pool/etc. but I couldn’t tell if they were available or not. Unnecessary side note: the US flag on the pole was torn to shreds. It was ties together to mimic good condition. It just seemed in poor taste. Great place to stay in general. We will revisit again.

We were initially pleased when we arrived and had prompt and friendly service to check in, but things quickly went south. Our room was clean, but there were cracks in the bathroom and furniture had a lot of stains. There were also no towels in the bathroom. We called the front desk at 5pm about the towels and we were told they would be run up to us in 3-4 minutes. 15 minutes later, no towels and we needed to leave for dinner. Fortunately, they delivered towels to our room while we were out and things were looking up. However, at 11:45pm, we got a knock on the door with someone faintly talking. It took me a minute to fully wake up and realize someone was trying to get into our room! Thank goodness for the dead lock! Turned out it was housekeeping trying to deliver towels that we had already received. However, who delivers towels close to midnight and tries to enter a room at that time of night!?!? Totally unacceptable and creepy behavior. Also, be aware, there are flood lights next door that shine into many rooms and the curtains were sub-par at best. Would not stay here again in the future.

I felt like it was a very good value. The property and room seems to be well kept. The breakfast was, even by continental breakfast standards, skimpy. My only complaint would be that I'd asked for maintenance to remedy a plumbing matter (of my making) early, at check-in. I assume the desk clerk forgot as I had to ask again when I returned for the evening, much later. I'd stay there again.

Nice, but some issues.
The only problems that were noticed were the constant smell of marijuana in the hall ways, slamming of room doors all hours of the night. The hotel its self was fine, just needs to have some kind of structure about people smoking inside the hotel. People hanging out in the parking lot at all hours as well.
