First, when asked, we wanted our room cleaned after our first night and it wasn’t. I asked why it wasn’t after being out all day and it was even on their board to clean the room. Second, the mattress was terrible. Not only was it uncomfortable but every time we moved it made a noise on the box spring. Lastly, it was very hot and humid. Once you were past the checkin desk, there was a musty, sticky smell right before our room. I would not choose this establishment again.
Booked this stay nearly half a year ago with two queen beds. Arrived and I was "upgraded" to one bed. For some reason had to plead to get even the room I had paid for. At 10am the next morning someone came banging at our door thinking we checked out early when in fact we were checking out at the 11am normal time. Bathroom wasn't in great shape either, hair on the towels.
Staff was very friendly & accommodating. My only complaint.. I thought I booked a king room. I did not! One double bed! And although it was comfy, it was just a tad small for my husband & I. (But again, my fault. Not RRI)

Toilet flush lever was broken, difficult to get hot water out of the sink without it leaking from the handle.
Loved my stay here, staff was great. The room was clean, tge bed very comfy. Scenery beautiful.

We had our dog and it was a nice pet friendly hotel. Staff very courteous and nice! Plus very close to Saratoga Races and price was very reasonable! In addition, two good restaurants within walking distance from hotel! Would definitely recommend!

This is a very average hotel. There is no elevator though so be prepared to carry all luggage up two flights of stairs if you're on the second floor. Room gets noisy in morning. The staff are very friendly. The fire station is across the street and can be VERY loud when the alarm goes off.
Nice hotel good location next to restaurants and shopping. Only needed a pool and a elevator.
