I never write reviews, but I am forcing myself to do it this time and the reason for it is, that when I was booking the room to stay, looked at the pictures, and listened to recommendations. And recommendations were all about how CLEAN the hotel is. THAT WAS SO UNTRUE!!!! As you walk in, you’re hit with a terrible smell that continues all over the hotels, the upholstered furniture in the lobby is stained and dirty. As you go down the carpeted hallways there is garbage everywhere like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months. Due to issues with the heating/cooling system, our room was changed 3 times. Each room was outdated, not vacuumed, had sticky floors in the bathroom and by the door. It looked like things were not wiped down in a long time, in many places handprints were so visible that I only hope was a result of eating food and touching things (not that that’s ok either). First rooms remote control was so filthy I didn’t want to even touch it. The upholstered chairs were stained and dirty, in the last room it was so disgusting and looked like it was someone’s bodily fluids all over it. The beds were made and we hadn’t touched them, so I can’t say anything about the cleanliness of that, I honestly didn’t want to touch anything. Tiled floors were sticky throughout. We ended up canceling our plans for the next day and head back home. I honestly don’t think they could have done anything at that point to make me at least somewhat comfortable to sleep there.
