Great time with family I enjoyed having my grandchildren come and stay with me to enjoy breakfast and swimming together. They enjoyed watching cartoons with their Nana. Location was great for my entire family to connect with me when I am in town. Definitely will come back

I find this a fine place for overnight for airport. The staff was kind and helpful and the room was fine. The bathroom set up is a bit strange with bathroom sink in hallway. The breakfast buffet actually had fresh eggs.

For our group, this was an excellent location. The hotel is need of an update, which it is in the process of completing. When finished it will be an excellent choice for a place to stay in Albany. The manager is very personable. We really liked her. Good luck with the remodel.

We stayed here for two nights, it was much cheaper than further down towards New York for the weekend. The location was very good, across the road from the a shopping mall no others nearby. The hotel needs a revamp, the carpets were old. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with fridge and coffee machine. The breakfast was poor, paper cups, paper plates , plastic knives, spoons etc. There were plenty of restaurants nearby which was good.

We spent one night here on the way from Detroit back to Maine, and it was just fine. Room was comfortable, place was spotless, breakfast was your basic chain hotel buffet. Coffee was predictably ordinary, so we went NEXT DOOR to the Starbucks, which is not a bad location perk. Many restaurants nearby, too, as is the highway entrance. All in all, an excellent last-minute choice to stay overnight.

The room had a very comfortable king-size bed, choice of hard or soft pillows, fridge, coffee maker, and all the usual amenities. Breakfast contained hot and cold choices, so everyone was happy. Great location. Near the mall, so their were many restaurants nearby.

Very large "renovated" hotel. Convenient sink outside bath and separate area with shelf for beverages and had microwave and fridge. Housekeeping and maintenance issues - re: room - generally clean but some short & curleys on bathroom floor. Looked like outside hall floors had not been vacuumed for some days, elevator button outside did not light up as well as floor indicator buttons inside, ice machine on 3rd floor out of order, laundry door on first floor was kept open so we viewed huge piles of dirty sheets each time we walked to/from front lobby, some cobwebs in the dining room window. Wifi was terrible. Could walk to Colonie shopping center across the street - new Whole Foods, LL Bean store, Barnes & Noble, etc. Despite the good location would probably not stay here again.

Let me start with the fact that the staff and breakfast were very good...The rooms however are not. I made a mistake. I thought it was a comfort suites. They are usually very nice. This is a comfort inn and suites, and they are lower end. The entrance and bathroom tile floor was very dirty looking. All the corners of the wall/floors were dirty. The bathroom toilet bowl, had dried urine behind the seat .. I hadn't noticed it until I was ready for bed, so I didn't go out to the front desk. it was late. I'm very picky with where I sleep. It doesn't have to be fancy, but I l like modern and clean. I would not sleep there again

For the most part, this hotel's alright. I didn't appreciate the stains on the bed on the side. I just avoided it by getting in on the opposite side and covering the bed with my own sheet. Also half the towels were damp, but I guess that means they were probably recently washed at least. I think it's great there is a refrigerator in the room. The staff was friendly, and more importantly competent. The bed would have been comfortable but mentally I kept thinking about the stain. Oh and the curtains were dirty too. I know I'm not eating or sleeping on the curtains but's the principle. Additionally, the breakfast was better than most hotels of similar quality and price, but because this hotel is so close to the airport and busy they should really have someone cleaning the breakfast area continously throughout meal time.

I had to pay for a suite since I was traveling on my motorcycle and did not make a reservation. Awesome room, was able to park my bike right outside my first floor window (room 160) at the end of the hallway, door to outside right there. Great breakfast, easy access to main highways. Big mall with lots of restaurants across the street.
