They are renovating the property with new floor tiles currently being installed. The new box spring for the bed is a metal frame that makes a loud noise when just sitting on it. Thought that it was about to fall apart, but it might be the way the box spring is built.
This property is absolutely garbage. I know they are under major renovations which im sure will make it look better, but the experience i received was horrible. They really shouldnt rent out there non remodeled rooms. They gave me this ugly, smelly, dirty room. TV didnt work, no Wifi, Bed was gross, furniture was stained, bathroom was disgusting, towels were old and carpet was gross....it smelled like a ash tray. Hopefully its better after renovations are done.
