Broken toilet and strong sewer stench in first room. Phone didn’t work so they moved us to a “better room” Second room smelled like cigarettes. Was dirty. Floor had a greasy film on it. Bath tub and toilet were dirty. No soap in room. Verrrrrrry noisy all night with stomping going on in room above. Seems like one guy manages 24/7.

This place was just OK. Stayed for one night, wasn’t expecting much. The cleanliness of the room was poor; peeling wallpaper, tub and curtain of shower dirty. Breakfast options were cereal or toast/bagel. Overall ok for price. Staff was friendly. If you stay, set low expectations although it seems they are trying to renovate.
No water in pool and gate was not locked-safety hazard for kids. Trash blowing around in parking lot. The first bedbug I have seen in a hotel. Front desk personnel wearing pajama bottoms. Maintenance man wearing a cut-off wife beater shirt. Elevator broken .3rd floor emergency door broken. Carpets dirty. Ice machine broken-no ice. Bars on house windows across street. Card swiped to secure 3rd floor entry door ripped out of wall. No cups in room. No coffee in room. Shower handle broken in shower. I should have just left and abandoned the room and gone somewhere else and ate the fee. I found the bedbug in the morning. Must spray my bags. Other than theses defect items???
Customer service sucks… the carpet is disgusting and I was eating alive by begbugs… I want my money back. Worse experience of my life. I reached out to the motel with no response from management. Very unprofessional. I took pictures of the bites and will share them on social media if I don’t hear from management soon.

The location was great however we checked in at night and it was kind of difficult to find. It was advertised as Baymont but there’s a small Baymont and Super 8 sign out front. I was confused at first. After checking in we were told they didn’t have any room keys and we would have to be walked to our room anytime we left (due to COVID and late delivery). After being escorted there and passing a couple of questionable characters in the hallway, we just decided to stay in the room until it was time to check out, which we did as soon as daylight hit. I didn’t feel very safe. The stairwell and hallway were not very clean, however our room appeared to be spotless. I would most likely not stay here again in the future. Especially if I was traveling by myself. We paid middle of the line price so I was expecting more.
She was rude at front desk and gave me a hard time getting my room.

I lost my Grandson by premature delivery i get there later then i expected and im denied a room at 3:30 in the morning with no place to stay and i have to drive back to Columbus 2.5 hours away after i've been up all night waiting for her to deliver may everyone involved be ashamed before the Lord that's disgraceful !!

Excellent value for this hotel. A clean, updated room and a very reasonable price. Continental breakfast was an added value.
Pleasant stay for my wife and I. Reasonable rate for the accommodation. Breakfast bar as a little slim as breakfast bars go.
WAS NICE INSIDE WAS TOLD THERE WAS A POOL INSIDE THERE WAS NOT THEN THEY TAKE 100$ deposit then tell u that u didn't pay for the room when we booked through third party web and the breakfast was horrible

I am sorry but this is not belonging to our hotel. We don't have pool since 2014. We are new management and we took over on April 7th, 2022. We have only 2 floors. I think you have misunderstanding.
